Rosesong padded out of the warriors' den and looked around camp. Nothing was going on in-camp, which was good news for her. She checked on everyone and made sure everything was alright, something she felt right doing. As long as there were no attacks and trespassers, she didn't have to fight.

Sweetpetal padded after them, not wanting to get left behind. She had only just got out of camp when she saw a mouse come out of the cover of a bush. "Should I catch this?" She whispered to the patrol, pointing it out with her tail.

Oakclaw nodded as they headed towards the border

Blossomstar looked around. She was glad that her new deputy was already taking to his responsibilities. She started grooming herself, but couldn't help feeling a pang of sadness, she missed Thornclaw lots.

Sweetpetal dropped into a hunting crouch and crept up towards the furry creature. Once she was close enough she caught it with a swift pounce. "I'll come back for this later." She meowed to the patrol, burying it in a small hole in the ground.

Lynxclaw nodded and headed for the border marking the border as they walked along it "Do either of you smell anything I don't?" He asked

"Faint Dryclan, but it seems old," Sweetpetal murmured, covering over her prey, "nothing else that I can pick up."

Lynx claw nodded "Ok good... Let's stop at the end of the border up ahead hunt a little and head back to camp"

[Kit-Kats]

Ok you've chosen Dryclan attacks! Lets have them attack while our warriors are away.

Blossomstar looked around at her clan. She then saw a faint amber yellow gaze hiding in the bushes. then she blinked, and it was gone. She couldn't help shake the feeling she was being watched. she decided she was imagining things when suddenly, as if on a silent signal, strong warriors lept out of the bushes, attacking whatever they saw. Instictivley she lept at one of the warriors, relising it was the leader of Dryclan, Crackedstar, he also mas the murderer of Thornclaw. The tom was a worthy apponent, strong but clever, like Blossomstar. "What are you and your warriors doing here Crackedstar?" yowled Blossomstar as she sank her teeth into Crackedstar's hind leg. "We want your territory...What else?" replied the tom as he escaped from Blossomstar's hold, panting. "We can nolonger hunt in our territory, we ate all the prey." Blossomstar was so angry with them, she realised she was shaking. "It's not Mistclan's fault you and your clan are greedy! Leaf-bare is a time to save prey, not eat it all! Crackedstar, you are a discgrase to the warrior code!"

Sweetpetal stopped and saw a vole run across the ground. It paused for a moment, and she saw her chance. She bounded after it when it saw her and ran off, and although it was a bad technique, she still managed to catch it. She sniffed the air to try and scent the patrol, and smelled Dryclan again. Thinking she had just caught the same scent, she found the patrol and carried on.
