She rolled her eyes at Patchnose, skidding carefully
down the side of the gorge. She made it to the bottom,
tilting her head up at Patchnose to follow.

Sharpeye | Tags; none

The tom pereked up from his blurry train of thought,
his ears flattened and his nose high in the air. He
caught the scent of something familiar, but it was
something he hadn't witnessed in many moons.
His fur bristled uncomfortably as he recognised the disarming
waft: a fox had wandered onto the territory.

Patchnose slowly came down from the gorge and landed on his paws.(Cats always land on their feet!) He lifted his nose to smell the air and caught the faint whiff of sharpeye and a fox! "Runningwind! i think Sharpeye found a fox!" he meowed trying to get back up the gorge, but failing miserably (hes not a very good climber).

"You do that, i'm going to help Sharpeye fight it off." he said scrambling up the gorge. He eventually got to the top and followed his nose. He soon saw Sharpeye and the fox. He ran to Sharpeye's side. "Runningwind is going to warn the clan." he whispered in Sharpeye's ear.

He jumped a bit at Patchnose's voice, staggering backwards.
He looked around quickly, making sure no one was around.
"Did you smell the fox, too?!" His tail
bristled uncomfortably as he spoke. He lowered his voice a bit,
mostly talking to himself.
"Duskstorm predicted this would happen... And Brightstar..."
He turned back to Patchnose.
We need to warn the patrols. Everyone out hunting should come back
to defend, and the kits and queens should be somewhere safe.
Duskstorm said there will be more of them."
