-Tigerstar looked back and fourth between the strange cat and the medicine cat apprentice. "What are you doing frolicking about like a fox when there's an eagle scouting the area!" She cuffed the young cat's ear with her paw and shoed her backward with her tail as she whirled on the black tom.
"And who might you be?" The tortoiseshell cat sniffed suspiciously at his scent, not recognizing it from any tribe or clan cat she had ever met. She lashed her tail and her gaze darted to the side to see if Towheeflight had joined her in the clearing.

Otterpaw tried to duck away from her leader's paw, but it still managed to cuff her ear. She winced slightly at the blow, and staggered back. She learned her lesson. For now, anyways. "Yes, Tigerstar." She murmured softly, before resuming her place beside her mentor. She watched Bayou inquisitively, wondering how he would react.

towheedlight had entered the clearing soon after otterpaw was cuffed, the lucky apprentice should be happy he wasnt the one to punish her, yet. he faced towards the black tom, ears pinned as he awaited the answer to the question of his leader, he was asking the same.

Bayou

Bayou perked his ears and spun towards the other, much larger, shecat as it entered the clearing, flicking his ear towards otterpaw as she mentioned his name. Bayou couldnt help but glance at the chuckling Catmint who seemed amused after the sudden confrontation, he let out a soft hiss, pinning his ears at his mentor. "a little help?" he mouthed, just the wind from his breath making wnough of a sound for catmint to hear. catmint sighed and stood up, clearing her throat as she stepped in front of tigerstar "Tigerstar, leader of mistclan." she explained, continueing to the foggy eyed tom "towheeflight, medicine cat of mistclan."
bayou followed catmint uaing his eyes, nodding as she said something important. "Good." he spoke, "I am Bayou, apprentice to Catmint, traveler under the WildLeaf ancestors." Bayou said with a simple smile.

- Rainpaw shuffled in his nest, stirring from his dream. As he opened his eyes, he realized that sun was beaming strongly into the apprentice's den, and as he looked around he saw that every nest was empty.
Where did Dapplepaw and Juniperpaw go? He thought, fur rowing his brows. Swiveling his ears, he picked up social meows and greetings out in the clearing.
Great Starclan, I've slept in!
With the jolt of realization, the grey and white tom leapt up from his nest and stumbled out of the stony entrance into the warm light. The air smelled damp, and the tufts of grass between rocks sparkled with dew. He shook his pelt to get a few scraps of moss off, not bothering with a full grooming job. Looking around, he spotted his mentor.
Cloverheart will cuff my ears for this, he winced as he approached her.
"Cloverheart!" He called as he lumbered up to the she-cat, still blinking sleep from his eyes. "I slept in, I'm sorry."
Scanning the camp, he noticed Juniperpaw sticking her head into the Warriors den, her back to the clearing. Snickering, he crouched Down and stalked up to her and pounced, landing squarely on her back.
"Gotchyou, fur ball! " He yowled.

-Tigerstar narrowed her eyes. "Traveler?" She scowled. "Travelers should know what a scent line smells like, do they not?" She could feel her temper rising already, being the moody she-cat she was. Glancing at Towheeflight in expectancy for an opinion, she raised her eyebrows. Did he say apprentice?
Tigerstar's one eyed gaze raked the clearing, looking for another cat. She opened her jaws to taste the air.
This cat is mad, there's no one else here!
Suddenly she felt a strange breeze in front of her, it had a sort of density to it and she took a step back, snorting in reaction as it passed too close to her nose.

Juniperpaw suddenly fell to the ground, a heavy weight on her back. She glanced over her shoulder to see Rainpaw, the grey tom grinning. She growled playfully and managed to flip onto her back. Otterpaw ducked behind her mentor, feeling gratefully that it wasn't he who was punishing her later. She shook the thought away, her ears swiveling to face the crazy, or at least who seemed crazy, tom. "He must be mad. There is no one here."

"catmint? wildleaf? apprentice? you are making no sense tom!" towheeflight hissed, perking his ears as tigerstar snorted "what?" towheeflight muttered next to his leader who had stepped back. he faced towards the other cat "and you are? his mentor i assume?" he hissed into empty air, taken aback as his voice went off into the open rather then coming back. utterly confused he partedhis mouth to scent the area, nothing other then the three?

Bayou just smiled, despite catmint's chuckling "seems like then feel part of my presence, that blind tom especially,but that is normal, just guessing with a sense of thick air" catmint said, explaining for the twentyth time to bayou
bayou was quiet, watch what the two might do "Tigerstar, Towheeflight, something the matter?" he asked, looking confused, wondering if they had noticed he already knew their names.
