"Alright, that works for me. It sounds like a lot of fun." Clairity said happily, shifting her weight from paw to paw as she stared at Dagger. What a good start on a new life. Meeting someone Clairity now marked as a friend, having a very good den, and waking up to do productive things tomarrow.

Yakan was a little surprised at what Dapple just did to him, but still, he surfaced from the water, laughing. "I have to admit, that was a pretty good trick there." the Foximp chuckled. "It's fun to play jokes, and make others laugh." Yakan commented. He shook himself dry, laughing when the droplets from his fur landed on Dapple.

Dapple smiled and shook herself dry too. "It is good to make others laugh. So, what brings you around this area?" She asked looking around, "Do you live around here?"

Yakan shook his head. "I'm more of a wanderer, but I usually wander around this general area." he said, indicating the forest with a sweep of his tail. "I have temporary dens all over the place. They make good hiding holes from most predators." Yakan added, "Unless you're talking about coyotes. Those mangy fleabags are small enough to fit into one of my dens." the Foximp said.

"You didn't give me much of a warning." Suwāru growled. "I barely had five seconds before you came barreling into me out of nowhere." the Foximp lashed her three tails about angrily. "And why would anyone choose to run to where the wind is blowing and not where the wind is blowing from? That's just mousebrained." said Suwāru.

Dagger walked all the way back to his den, tails moving and twining together happily as he slipped inside his den and curled up. One of his tails wrapped around his nose, and the other two splayed out next to his head. That night, for the first night in a long, long time, he dreamed of nothing.

Dapple nodded, "Ya, I have more of a permanent den nearby." She pointed in the direction of her den with her tails. "Your more than welcome to come sometime if you would like. It gets kinda lonley most of the time." Dapple looked down at her paws.

Clairity watched as Dagger walked off, tail wagging slowly and gently. She was glad that she had met such a friendly Foximp, and was looking forward to tomarrow morning. Letting out a yawn, the female turned around and padded back into her den, curling up on the comfortable floor. Paper thin ears flicking, Clairity closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep.

Dagger woke with a start in the middle of his sleep, but he couldn't figure out what exactly had woken him up. Sighing, knowing he wouldnt get anymore sleep, he stood and shook himself, stretched, and padded outside to meet the new day.

Eyes fluttering open, Clairity squinted as soon as the light hit her eyes. It was unpleasant, but it could only mean one thing. Morning. Then letting out a yawn, Clairity stood up and stepped out of the den, tail flicking as soon as the warmth from the sun set on her fur.
