"Can't," Palepaw whispered, attempting to curl himself into a ball but inevitably failing.

"Why not? They're so beautiful!" Speckleflame purred. "Be brave, it'll pay off!"

Applekit was wandering away from his parents towards the other cats in the clan. Soon, he reached the main 'camp' and began wandering around, looking for something to do.

Darkface walked out of camp, yawning quietly. She was a little tired, since she was bored.

Birchclaw was out hunting-at least trying to. She had gotten nothing the entire trip, so at the moment she was just walking around and trying to catch something.

Darkface saw Birchclaw, and thought, why not? She walked up to her and made sure her presence was known. "Hey!" She yelled, trying to sound happy.

"Oh. Sorry." Darkface sneered. She didn't like it when people tried to correct her mistakes. She made no mistakes. She was perfect.
