Why?
Branchfur and mistystream's romance is really realistic. It turns from a one sided crush to loving someone to watching the girl you love loving another guy (Gorsewhisker). (Basically the guy got friendzoned) Then when that guy the girl loved died, she came to him and there was another guy (Gorsetail) who loved her, and Branch got jealous and got mad at her. But then she realized the cat she loved in the end wasn't the two deputies, but rather the tom that loved her from the start. It turned from unrequited love to pure jealousy to the girl realizing she loved him.
