Faithstar looked at Riverleaf, brown eye and blue eye lit up in shock. "Who killed them?" She demanded, distressed over the thought of losing TWO clanmates. How could she have done this? She was a horrible leader! She should have stayed awake, rather than have gone back to sleep. then she awakes to this mess! How could this have happened under her watch?

Mossheart sighed purring as she looked down at her beautiful kits. She relaxed listening to Lionkit question Roawnlog. The ginger queen went about grooming all of the kits. Ivykit squeaked in protest curling up tighter. "Roawnlog, Ivykit looks just like you." She purred licking the small tom's head, soothed by her kits and mate. They would find out who did this. "They are beautiful." The ginger tabby's tail twitched slightly watching the kits sleep or squeak at the unfamiliar world around them. "Lionkit, Joykit, Thunderkit, Ivykit and Applekit. My little warriors." She purred rubbing against Roawnlog. "I love you."

Mossheart licked Thunderkit's head purring. "Our clan lost two very brave cats. So they are mourning them. One was very young, so everyone is going to send them off to starclan. The beautiful place all clan cats can go after they die and live in peace without illness or famine." She blinked slowly watching the curious kits.

Mossheart laughed settling on her side in the nest to tell her kits. "Starclan is where we all go when we die. It is the territory of our ancestors and lives on in the sky so that they can watch over and protect us, even after they are gone. It is a beautiful place, I can show you silverpelt tonight. Starclan's territory is silverpelt and each star is someone who was lost and who has died, looking down on their clan and loved ones." She nudged Thunderkit purring. "Thunder comes with the rain, it is strong and deep and loud, and gives warning to lightning which can light fires. Thunder is very loud, and can seem scary. But it is very helpful to avoid rain and lightning, giving warning and help protect the cats of the clans. You are named Thunderkit because you where so loud, and because one day you will be big, and you will protect and warn those you care about, and scare all your enemies away."
