Falconpaw

Falconpaw glared at Spiderpaw when he added her to his sudden patrol. She didn't want to go and collect some stupid, nasty smelling leaves! But she hesitated to complain, Spiderpaw was giving her a look. She had no idea what that look meant because it certainly wasn't a glare. That was a good sign. "Sprucepaw doesn't have to come." She snorted with an annoyed flick of her tail. She complained, but she didn't refuse the offer.

Spiderpaw took note of how the she-cat didn't seem to refuse. However, she didn't seem to like the offer of Sprucepaw joining them. "She doesn't need too, but it would be better and smarter. We could gather more herbs, and since she's a Medicine Cat Apprentice, we'll find them even quicker." He meowed, glancing back at the younger she-cat. "Do you want to come on a herb gathering patrol? You don't have too, but I'd enjoy the company." He meowed, sending her a happy grin. Then he turned back to Cloudstrike, awaiting the warrior's reply.

Sprucepaw had heard her name a few times, but hadn't dared to look over at the two apprentices. When she was addressed, though, she lifted her gaze and nodded. "Yes--anything to do something useful." she mewed in response, her tail giving an excited twitch. She blinked warmly at Spiderpaw's expression, but only glanced hesitantly at Falconpaw, knowing the she-cat hadn't been very inviting. But Sprucepaw made no negative actions--she didn't want to make Falconpaw dislike her. Although she wasn't confident that the other she-cat would be impressed with her quietness, moreover, it might egg her on. However, Sprucepaw wasn't going to focus on such thoughts. She wanted only good impressions to be her priority. Dipping her head to Falconpaw, she padded a bit near to the two so as to join them.

Cloudstrike shook his head, biting back a retort to Falconpaw. He turned to Spiderpaw. " I would think it would be okay, but I'm not the one to ask. Go over to Pebblerun. She'll probably say yes, but probably not to that patrol being full of apprentices." He meowed.

Shiverwhisker stagered to his paws. He hadn't eaten in while while he was busy caring for his Clanmates. "Spiderpaw. Care to go looking for a few vital herbs?" he rasped, sounding like an elder. His fur was clumped and very unkempt. He clearly was over working himself. The medicine cat clearly needed some water, some sleep, and a good meal.

Loudpaw was feeling better and his burns were healed enough for him to leave the den without much worry. So much had changed while he was wounded, but now he could start new. Be a better apprentice and hopefully a better warrior than he would have been. He streched each long leg in turn, flicking his tabby striped tail.

Cotton reached an area she thought was where her folks lived. The young white and brown she-cat couldn't have been more wrong. She was walking in a grassland, and her soft paws ached. She felt sadness bloom inside of her. She was hopelessly lost, and wanted to return to her warm bed.

Mintsplash bounds around the clearing, once again, looking for something to do. She found her eyes looking at the group of apprentices, who seemed to be preparing to go on a patrol. A patrol...hopefully they would leave for the investigation soon. She hadn't been on a patrol in ages! She sat down in a shady spot under the tree and went on, finding some task to do, or someone to talk to.

Shadowpaw purrs, "Why? You look like a great warrior; you have bravery, strength, speed, and a heart. You'll make an excellent warrior! I wouldn't even be surprised if you became deputy. And, well, of course they'd take you in! You're a great she-cat. Why don't we go talk to them after our walk? I was just about to introduce myself before I found you, so I guess we're both in the same situation." he meows. He really did hope that the others were just as nice as he predicted them to be. Otherwise, he would've lied to Songpaw...the last thing he ever wanted to to was lie to her, or anyone else.

Songpaw looked at Shadowpaw then back to her paws."Well, I ask if I would become a great warrior, Well..." Songpaw sate down and looked at the apprentice,"Let me tell a story of how I lost my courage." She said, waiting for the tom to reply back with her tail over her paws.
