Cloudgaze frowned now, her earlier amusement gone. "Mallowkit I can't hunt or fight. I stay in the nursery to help other queen with their kits but if every cat did that we would not have the warriors we need to protect and feed us" Once upon a time, Snowpelt had offered to teach her some things in the way of hunting and fighting bit unfortunately that didn't happen before her friend's death. After that she didn't have the desire to learn anymore. "You could become a queen if you want, but not before you learn how to become a warrior." Cloudgaze was very awear of how hypocritical she might be being right now but she wanted to raise her kits to become productive members of the clan. Unlike her.

Wildflight dropped the cat inside the den and started to search for either Spottedleap or Silverpaw but neither were in sight. He looked at the herb storage and suddenly got the crazy thought to try and guess what the herbs were and just give them to the tom himself but he quickly shook the thought off. He could just as easily poison Leopardstripe instead of help him.

Mousekit began to panic when he felt something against his neck. He tried to squirm away but in his panic his legs seemed to not want to listen to him and wouldn't move.

Icekit stared, wide-eyed, at Snowhare and her brother.

(Leopardstripe wakes up and is like: "My kit hates meh and I don't have a mate... it's worth it." Whispers and dies.)

Leopardstripe looks at Wildflight. "Where am I?"

Snowhare finished the bite, successfully killing the kit. A shame.. She looked over to Icekit. "Do you want the same to happen to you?"

"Mom.. I don't want to be a warrior!" Mallowkit insisted, frowning.

Cloudgaze gave a soft sigh as she stood up. "Lets go visit Leopardstripe." She said as she started for the nursery entrance. Her other kits were soundly asleep, or so she thought, and Mallowkit must be bored of the nursery so perhaps a visit to the elder's den would keep her busy for a bit.

"Medicine cat den." Wildflight murmured with a flick of his tail. What was he supposed to do now? He had no idea how to help him.

Mousekit jerked once before falling limp as Snowhare successfully killed him both here and in the waking world.

Unlike Mousekit, Icekit had known this was a dream the whole time. She also knew that StarClan cats could appear in dreams so she knew this wasn't all just her imagination however she assumed that her brother's death wouldn't exactly translate into the real world. Maybe he just woke up. Still, she was a bit frightened by what she had just witnessed. "No...No I want you to train me." She said.

"He's an elder. Daddy's more fun," Mallowkit complained, but followed anyway.

"I-I'm sorry." Leopardstripe whispered.

Rabbitfur felt the tom was getting more and more confused with him. He hung his head low, averting his gaze until they reached the creek. He gave his shaggy, sodden coat a shake, giving his shoulder a nervous lick afterwards. He couldn't forget what he came out here to do. He sniffed around for prey, not exactly surprised he couldn't scent anything.
"About ... Mallowkit, ah..." He looked back at him, tailtip flicking. "Perhaps Clan life isn't for everyone."

"We can go see him then." Cloudgaze murmured before heading out into the rain. She wasn't against letting Stripestar visit his kits by any means but she would have preferred to visit Leopardstripe herself. She trotted into the leader's den without asking for his permission and shook out her wet pelt before meowing, "Stripestar?"
