Redfeather padded out of the nursery followed by Palekit, Brightkit, and Greykit. "This one mommy!" Brightkit moewed as she picked up a plump vole. "You three can share that while I take this mouse." She responds picking out a mouse at the bottom of the pile. They walk over to a shaded part of the camp and begin to eat. Well Redfeather does. The kits roll around and push and shove each other trying to get better angles of the vole.

Autumnkit pdeobhind them. "Can I have some of that vole too?" She mewed in her usual cheerful voice.

Sunstripe walked around camp. She didn't have anything to do, so she padded to the freshkill pile and took a small, gray squirrel for herself.

"Pretty good, but don't let your thoughts control you. When you pounce, think about how good it's gonna taste. Now, go on, eat it." Orangefur responded.

Rosekit looked around and hopped out of the den to Redfeather. "Redfeather! Redfeather!" She said. "When will I be an apprentice?! I'm tired of waiting!" She asked.

Braveheart looked at the apprentice and said, "What next? Or, would you like to keep fighting?" She asked.

Blackpaw smiled. "Now I would like to learn how to hunt!" She mewed happily.

"Of course Autumnkit!" Redfeather smiles. "You three, stop fighting and eat. Share with Autumnkit. There is enough to go around." She then says to the kits.

Bravheart found a mouse and said, "Alright. See this mouse," She pointed her muzzle to a small mouse in a patch of grass. "Try and kill it. Don't let your fur bristle on the ground and be as quick and quiet as you can."

Blackpaw npdded and crouched low, trying not to let her fur touch the ground and trying tp stealthily creep up on it on her pawpads but ended up tripping forward, she startled the mpuse and it began running away, she chased after it immediatly.

Orangefur followed from the trees, watching what she would do.

She tried to snatch it up in her claws several times, each time she missed she had to spped up to catch up. She continued to chase it until it found a small hole in a tree and she ran into the bark, giving a startled mew and shaking her head.

Bravheart kept following, but when she stopped, Bravheart stopped aswell. She murmured a few things then said, "Blackpaw, Don't let it know you are there. Outsmart it and pretend walk away.." She narrowed her eyes before she jump to the next tree out of sight.
