Fawnpaw looked up, seeing a sparrow perched on a tree branch. She slowly climbed the tree, flashing put her claws to hook the bird, but it had seen jer coming and began flying away. Determined, she leaped onto the branch, and jumped, catching the bird's wing with her claw. Pulling it down she grabbed it in her jaws, slipping as she landed on the next branch. Her laws skidded off, and she grasped wildly at the air. She screeched, the dead bird falling outif her mouth and to the ground. The feline's claws hooked on a branch, catching her in mid air. She dangled there, trying to lift herself up onto the branch, yowling for help.

Shadedpaw heard a yowl for help. He wriggled out of the rabbit's den. It would have to wait. The tom was there in a few seconds. "How?" He yowled, and began to climb up the tree, to pull her back up.

Fawnpaw clung to the branch, eyes wispy glancing down at the ground. She tightly curled her tail and hindlegs against her self, making her lower half curl up into a ball while she held on. Trembling, she watched Shadedpaw, "...sparrow.." She hissed, frightened.

Snow stood up and nodded. "So the kittypets are right." She spat at him and started walking away. She didn't know what made her say it but she did. All the kittypets said the would not give anything o outsiders unless they begged for help.

Hawkwing glared at her, "What about those flea-plets? "He asked wondering what she meant about them being right.

"They were right that clan cats only care about the clan." Snow snapped. She shook her head. Rouges always helped each other out. It was the only way to live.

Shadedpaw meowed,"Just wait! I'll get you." He got onto the branch she was and crawled over. "I'm going to pull you up on three, okay?"

Sheepbelly sat up, whisking the juniper berries and yew towards his storage. His face was unreadable, as he thought. "Hmm..." He murmured, looking over at Softpaw as he went over what she did in his head.

Fawnpaw nodded, clinging on to the branch with her dear life, her eyes wide as she struggled. She glanced up at the apprentice, waiting fir him to count to three, before getting ready to help get up once he began pulling her up.
