Watching Patchfoot, the fur began to bristle along my spine. I walked over. "I could go with you." I volunteered.

Wolfclaw

"I'm going back to camp." He mews before standing up. He nods at Sprucewind before trotting back to camp. He slips through the camp entrance then remembers his wet fur. He shakes his pelt, careful not to get anyone wet then began to groom his damp fur near the fresh kill pile.

Sunstar smiled at Violetblaze and looked back at Patchfoot. "Well, you have your volunteer." He said, his tail flicking.

Rivermist padded softly over to Wolfclaw. "Why are you wet?" She asked, smiling.

Wolfclaw

"I went for swim." He replies with a smile. "It was refreshing being out of camp." He meows, twitching his ears.

Sprucewind
She nodded before lying down, and warming her pelt in the sun. All the anger from earlier had faded, and she relaxed.

She smiled at Violetblaze,"Thank you, we will leave before nightfall. I advise you get something to eat and a little rest." She purred gently, afterwards she looked back to sunstar and licked his nose gently before padding away.

Sunstar said nothing, his eyes flashed with confusion for a moment. He realized that he hadn't eaten that morning and he quickly went and got a mouse and brought it back to where he was sitting before.

Rivermist smiled. "You're going to grow fins and swim away one of these days." She purred, bumping Wolfclaw gently with her shoulder.

"Is that so?" He purrs before stretching. "Did I miss anything while I was gone?" He asks with a smile.

Rivermist shook her head. "Nothing that I know of." She answered.

I growled deep in my throat. "Sunstar, can I eat? I mean, have the queens and elders eaten?" I asked, trying to keep the tremor out of my voice.
