Thrushleap watched Breezekit nurse from Cloudgaze, and hid her face. She lost her, too~ not lost, sort of, since Breezekit had never really been her daughter, but it felt like she had been. Next thing she knew, Dustkit'd be gone, too.

"I just...Wish he would tell me he doesn't love me anymore. I'm tired of this pretending." Cloudgaze muttered softly, mostly speaking to herself now. She assumed that her mate no longer had any feelings for her at all. With a purr, the queen started to groom Breezekit. It was comforting for Cloudgaze to have someone to groom.

Thrushleap kept her head down. "Do you think he likes me back?" she meowed, almost chuckling. "He loves you, Cloudgaze. You."

Thrushleap licked her son's forehead, purring slightly~ she had him, for now.

Dustkit purrs as she kept nursing. He place his paws on her belly.
