Emeraldstar hopped onto the first of the stairs and glanced back at Cloudear, who seemed to be the only ancient warrior left.

"Good bye, warriors," the white and brown tabby called to the three EchoClan cats. "I bid you good luck. And may StarClan light your path." Smiling, Cloudear stepped backwards and vanished into the darkness.

(If you guys don't know, in warrior they say may StarClan light your path to wish someone good luck.)

Screech looked around.

Emeraldstar hopped to the top of the hole and looked down at Silvershade and Raintail. "Where did Flame go?"
