"Okay" Flare said sollemley to Blubell's words. He was extremley curious about what Bluebell wanted to tell him. Despite the fact,he sat down and listened to Soul's words. Flare almost screamed out in excitment and happiness when he heard he was going with Raven to train. He had finally been excepted back into the leash. In his mind that is.

Jingle sat still as Soul spoke but she was itching to get out into the forest. 'Darn....' She thought 'I'm with other foxes...' Jingle obviously knew she would have to be with other foxes but she didn't have to like it. She was a loner and a really good fighter,on her own.

Yuri swished his tail as Soul finished speaking, he couldn't wait to go out and train. He'd be the best hunter... eventually. Yuri's mouth twisted into a nervous grin and he turned back to Wisp. "I have to go now, but..." Yuri lowered his voice so only Wisp could hear, his eyes flicking nervously to Copper. "He said that you have no idea what you're doing as an apprentice..." Yuri gave her a sympathetic look and flicked her reassuringly with his tail. "I have to go, we can play when I get back." he said more cheerfully, "Bye!" Yuri dashed away and hid behind Jakei, so Copper wouldn't see him.

Shiko nodded, then padded into her den. She grabbed a leaf wrap of honeysuckle and truffle, then padded over to Bluebell. "Hi, Bluebell." she dipped her head and dropped the herbs in front of the white fox. "These will be good for your cubs and strengthen you for your birth. Honeysuckle will help your milk come eventually." Shiko sat down, then flicked her eyes to Wisp, beckoning her over with her tail.

Ryuu shoved his way past Copper, flashing him a furious glare. He sat in front of Soul, "Soul, I need to speak to you privately." he whispered, glancing back to make sure Copper wasn't following him.

Raven smiled to Leaf Fall, Jakei, and Jupiter before padding over to sit beside Apollo. "Hello!" she greeted as she settled down, waiting for Phantom and Jingle to join them. She knew that Flare was chatting with Bluebell, so they might have to wait a little bit before leaving.

Copper glared after Ryuu and sighed when he realized how the rest of the leash was reacting to him. He knew he'd have to wait before going training, so he walked over to the apprentices' den and lay down in front of it, watching the camp burst into life as the patrols were organized.

"Very well," Soul said quietly. He turned and led the way into the tree stump for the second time that morning. Soul settled in his den, and looked cooly at his SIC as he came in. "What is it Ryuu?" he sighed.

Bluebell grabbed the delicate flowers with her teeth and started to chew them. She tasted the sweet nectar on her tongue and already started feeling stronger. "Thank you, Shiko," Bluebell said with a smile. Padding over to Flare, she asked, "Can we go somewhere private to talk?"

Apollo looked down as his stomach growled. He blushed, feeling Raven's eyes on him. "We better go pretty soon," he said with an awkward chuckle.

(Haha, I love Apollo! He's so awkward. )

[Calypso Sky]

Raven's eyes were on Flare and Bluebell as they went to talk. She wrenched her head away from her apprentice's handsome brownish red pelt and faced Apollo. Smiling, Raven said, "We will, but we need to wait for Phantom, Jingle, and Flare. It's going to be so nice to have the whole day ahead of us... And you'll get to help out too, since we're going to be by the blackberry bushes!"

Shiko nodded to Bluebell and gathered up the remains of her herbs before padding to over to Apollo. "Are you feeling better?" she questioned. Shiko always made sure to check on her patients.

Ryuu followed after Soul and sat down in front of him. He looked deep into Soul's eyes, his eyes piercingly strong. "Soul," he began, his voice deep and gruff, "I cannot handle Copper, he's far too big of a case for me to handle. I have too short a temper to put up with him. I want to give him up as my apprentice." he told Soul. A small fleck of hurt still shined in the corner of Ryuu's eyes from his previous talk with Copper. "I can't handle it... and I admit my weakness." he whispered, bowing his head.

"Yes,we can go some where private to talk" Flare replied as he walked besides Bluebell "But where??" Flare swung his head around but he really didn't want to make the desicion of where to go he wanted Bluebell to do so.

Jingle trotted over and sat down beside Apollo. Pushing the grass down with her paws she lay down,wondering when the where going to go. Glancing up at the blue sky, she noticed Raven glance at Flare and wondered if the two where more than mentor and apprentice after all.

Soul tried not to let the surprise register in his eyes as Ryuu confessed his difficulties. He sat in thought for a moment, trying to pull everything together in his mind. Finally the leader shifted, bringing his eyes to Ryuu's before speaking very quietly, "Ryuu, I can ask you to fight a dozen bears, and you would go the death, destroying as many of them as you could with every last breath of your being. But when I entrust you with a difficult apprentice, you find it difficult and admit weakness?" His eyes began to shine with humor as he went on, "Copper respects you, and more than that, I feel as though the two of you need each other. He has been terrible though, more than I can allow, which is why it's time I told him about his past. I think the talk I plan on giving will shake him up a bit, and will make him more bearable." Soul stood up and padded over to the entrance of his den before finishing, "Give him a few more days Ryuu, and then make the decision about whether or not you'd like to mentor him." Narrowing his eyes playfully he said, "And that's an order. Now come on, bring him and Shiko over here and the four of us will go into the woods to talk."

((OMG, I post SO MUCH with Soul xD And yeah, I think we're all getting better. There's still quite a few grammar issues going on, but it's not that overwhelming, so it's okay for now.))

Ryuu sat stubbornly still, his eyes narrowed. "You and Shiko may talk with him, but I want nothing to do with him. You do not understand, Soul. I can kill bears and demons and be done with it. Copper is different, he has feelings an he's a member of the leash. I can't just swing my paw at him and be done with it. I'm not good with other foxes. If this displeases you, take me down from second in command warrior." All of Ryuu's body language told that he was completely and utterly serious.
