Wings of Fire: The Darkest Hour (Not Accepting)

Rift flinched as he tried to walk, and so he was forced to drag his lower half along behind him. His tail helped a little, acting as a little bit of a leg, but mostly his strong forearms had to carry him.

xx"Pharaoh," she began, "we're technically in the Sky Kingdom."

[Yveltal]

Snowstorm gave Pharaoh a look, but stepped next to him so the others wouldn't hear. "The NightWings' old volcano island," she hissed quietly. "I doubt anyone would ever go there again, so we'd be safe."

[AGGUA!]

Pharaoh- "I know, I'm aware of..." He stopped as he processed what Snowstorm had just said. The nightwing volcano? "That doesn't seem like a very good idea," he whispered back. "I can't remember where it is on the map. The only other way would be through that one animus tunnel I read about somewhere, but that's near the overthrown rainwing village. Are you sure?" He shuddered at the thought of going there.

[Yveltal]

"It's either that or face the NightWing soldiers just coming in on the main street," Snowstorm whispered back. She glanced sideways at Possibility. Lines of perfectly in sync NightWings were marching into the town, their leader unseen.

[AGGUA!]

Pharaoh- Pharaoh clenched his talons, digging them into the burns slightly and bringing up more pain. "Of all the ridiculous ideas..." He released the grip on the burns, clenching his teeth and rubbing them together to make the pain go away. "Eeeerrrrrhhhhh... Everything about this screams NO NO NO." Except your heart. What's that screaming? his mind snarled.

[Yveltal]

Snowstorm sighed. "Let's just go, alright? It's the one place on this big rock that may actually be safe." She spread her wings, glancing over her shoulder at him. "Are you with me, or not?"

[AGGUA!]

Pharaoh- Pharaoh spread his wings. "No..." he whispered, sighing. But he lunged into the air anyway, the searing heat and wind instantly knifing into the burns. Pharaoh gritted his teeth, nearly shrieking in agony. He had been burned before in battles with the other dragonets and some of the talons, but it was nothing compared to these. The scrolls had all been unbelievably correct. Firescales burns were INTENSE.

Hope got her venom ready and went machine gun with it, hitting the NightWings and the two SkyWings. She turned to Jelly. "If you want to help us, the come. But don't tell anyone about us. Understand?" She asked

Snowstorm glanced worriedly at Pharaoh as he took off. He would never be able to endure that kind of pain while flying all the way to the rainforest. "Pha- Diamondback, wait. We should get some medical help for you first."
