HiddenClaw was taken abback by this new cat. 'Who does he think he is?' HiddenClaw thought. She ignored the rogue and spoke to PinePaw, "I think you should take your... Friend... To SnowCry," HiddenClaw suggested, figuring the medicine cat would know what to do with a potential new warrior.

Pinepaw nodded, "Thank you for understanding, I'll do that." He turned towards the medicine cat's den, "She should be in there, let's go, Bean." He was definitely stressing calling him Bean but he was determined to spite Ember and make the name stick.

LittleDrop saw ScarletFlower leaving camp and bounded after her. "Hey, ScarletFlower!" LittleDrop called. "I just wanted to say sorry for HiddenClaw. You know how she can be but she really only means well." He added, slightly embarrassed. He wanted to make sure ScarletFlower had no bad feelings towards HiddenClaw.

Pinepaw blinked and nodded, "I understand, it's just hard for me to speak up, for some reason. I don't really get along with others well." As they neared the medicine cat's den he poked his head inside, "Snowcry!" he called and was immediately shushed by Flightpaw.

Flightpaw turned around and looked at his adoptive brother and sighed, smiling, "Sorry, Pinepaw, I didn't know it was you," he knew not to be mean to the slightly older cat, but then looked at Ember through narrowed eyes, "Who are you?" He then limped over to Pinepaw and faced the cat from there.
