The deputy stretched out her paws, she was in the middle of the warriors den, where she slept, and was yawning as she slowly woke up. Her eyes blinked as she stretched out her paws giving herself a few good licks. She need to organize a dawn patrol, the warriors den was located inside of a cave to keep them warm, although she twitched her tail before turning to wake up a few other cats to see if they wanted to come with her on the patrol. Low light was flooding into the den as she let out another yawn, the sun was not high yet and the sky was still forming from its darkness to a light ray of blue, it gave off a yellowish pink glow as she flicked her tail before giving her paws a shake from the snow that had seeped into the cave.

The brute had moved his paws as the his white fur pushed trough the snow before he was sighing. No prey was out this early and he was getting colder although he was quite happy to be away from camp, there where a lot of cats running around camp and that was the last place he wanted to be.. Flicking his tail as he pushed himself closer to the snowy ground, it was winter, although it was slowly turning spring and a few flowers peaked out of the low snow. He smiled as a rabbit bounced around, he smirked as he wiggled his rump before he pounced on the animal giving it a quick bite to the back of the neck and killing it swiftly.

The male thought for a second, moonpaw was a little cute, so it would be a good time for him to get to know her a little better. I mean the clan would expect him to take a mate once he became warrior. Turning his gaze as he nodded softly, "Yes i will go" he said with a smirk as he trotted over to birchheart, "So what are we looking for?" he asked softly, he knew a little about herbs, but not much. Even if she was a Med cat apprentice, anything could happen...

The apprentice looked over at her mentor with a nod, "Yes." She said with a smile her tail twitching as she turned to him. "I would like to be the best, so what better why then to get up and just do it yourself" She said with a nod as her head turned to the warrior. Her ears perked up as she begin walking up to him, the she cat giggled but did not respond to his joke as she pounced on the male her body landing on his back before smirking. "Good eh?" She said happily her whiskers twitching.

"Great!" she jumped up, excited. She looked over at Birchheart, noticing Featherkit bugging her. She smiled down at the kit. "Featherkit, why are you in the apprentices den?" she asked. "This isn't the nursery you know!"

the large tabby let out a mewl of laughter and crouched down, as the smaller she-cat leapt onto his broad shoulders and he flopped down onto his side, splaying his legs out so that FrostPaw wouldn't be able to hold onto his thick pelt since it was well groomed and he purred softly. "very good... but what happens if the cat rolls onto his back and squishes you?" he asked, as he gently rocked on his side, causing the she cat to fall off if she had held on before that.

Birchheart smiled as she heard the kit asking to go out of camp. ''I'm sorry, but I can't take you out of camp with me. It could endanger you. You can come when you're apprenticed.'' The brown and white tabby turned to Nightpaw. ''Well, today I want to gather Catmint and Tansy. The cat mint is a plant with a lot of tiny purple flowers on it. Tansy has round yellow flowers with leaves that look like ferns.''

Nightpaw looked down at the kitten before smirking. "Hey.. I will take you out with me when you become a apprentice. And maybe if your a good kitten when i get back i will teach you some of the battle moves i know." He said softly before twitching his tail as he turned to gaze at birchheart. "Okay. We could head to the stream, some of the snow will be gone and the ice will be broken up, some plants might be there" he guessed softly twitching his tail. Most of the year there territory was cold, although for a part of spring and all of summer it was nice and toasty. But this seamed different, almost no snow covered the camp anymore and flowers where poking about everywhere, it was almost as if the sun was burning trough ever single snow piles everywhere.

"And i would use my swiftness to deliver a bite and get out" She said putting her muzzle to the back of the males neck as if to bite him as she jumped off turning to face him again her ears twitching. "And if you where to run at me i would move out of your way" She said softly puffing out her chest as she purred.

"Great!" she exclaimed. "We'll be able to find some herbs over here." she padded out of the apprentice den, looking back to see if they were following her, but she assumed that they would anyway. She padded off to the camp entrance, waiting for her mentor and Nightpaw to come.

Nightpaw nodded to birchheart before sighing, "I guess..." he said softly gazing around. "But.. Its to warm" He said softly his eyes gazing around before letting out a soft sigh. He said softly pointing his tail to a plant with yellow flowers.. Shaking his head as he moved over to them sniffing it softly.
