Isha stood balanced on a thick tree limb, watching the volcano intently. Young pokemon had a strange attraction to the place, and it would be up to her to save any who fell in. A cloud of dust caught her eye. A Ninetails was sliding down the volcano's slope, heading right towards where Isha was perched. The Scizor was concerned for a moment, but relaxed when she saw that the other pokemon knew what it was doing. Be nice to talk to someone, She thought, after so much time by myself. Isha jumped off the tree limb, landing lightly on the ground, and waited for the Ninetales to come to a stop.

Nickname: Ash, prefers to go by her nickname.
Age: 18, but looks younger.
Gender: Female
Personality: Ash is very loving and caring towards all kinds of Pokemon. She doesn't like the idea of making them battle or be in Pokeballs. Instead, she'll ask the Pokemon if they want to tag along and allows them to walk freely. Ash is nice to other people, usually. She can be a little shy and awkward at times. Ash enjoys the company of others.
Appearance: 5'0, skinny girl with wavy blonde hair that goes past her shoulders some. She typically wears hoodies, jeans, and sneakers. Being practically blind, she wears glasses.
Pokemon: Alessa, Boomer, Buddy, Maxwell, Thomas, Kenya, Kane, and Denver.
Other people's characters: Isha and Cerberus.
History?: Ash is your average, run-of-the-mill kid. She met Alessa when she was going to a local bakery for some donuts. Alessa was injured on the side of the road and Ash nursed her back to health.
Other: She often snacks throughout the day and always has plenty of food.

Age: Believed to be 14 months.
Gender: Female
Species: Poochyena
Appearance: A small white Poochyena that lacks the face mask, paw markings, and snaggle teeth. She has pure yellow eyes, floppy ears, a pointed tail, and dark brown hair that is past her shoulders. She wears a protective vest, modeled to look like a dress, to keep her internal organs safe.
Personality: Very shy, but she is more open to Pokemon than people. She can be won over with food.
Level: 14
Moves: Bite, Dig, Howl, and Toxic.
Other: Because of an accident she had, she has to wear her vest. She is also afraid of fire and most fire types.

Gender: Male
Species: Bulbasaur
Appearance: A slightly chubby Bulbasaur with a red ribbon around his neck. He only has one spot on his forehead.
Personality: Very sweet, but can be demanding when it comes to food. He gets along very well with younger Pokemon and most people.
Level: 22
Moves: Energy Ball, Razor Leaf, Tackle, and Vine Whip.
Other: Boomer often has at least two vines out to grab things with.

Species: Caterpie
Appearance: A normal Caterpie, except for his blue eyes.
Personality: Very curious and loves to cling onto people, mostly Ash's head. He seems the most "childlike" of the Pokemon.

Moves: Bug Bite, String Shot, and Tackle.
Other: He will squeak if he is happy.

Age: About six months.
Gender: Male
Species: Surskit
Appearance: An average Surskit; he is perhaps a little smaller than most of his species.
Personality: Maxwell tries to be the tough Pokemon, but he isn't taken too seriously.

Moves: Bubble Beam, Quick Attack, Shadow Ball, and Toxic.
Other: He sprays water into the air if he is happy; he will spray water at people or Pokemon if he is upset with them.

Age: Close to three years.
Gender: Male
Species: Jolteon
Appearance: A Jolteon with some scars from his previous trainer's abuse.
Personality: Thomas is very quiet and weary of strangers. He can act aggressively.

Moves: Thunderbolt, Thunder Fang, Thunder, and Thunder Shock.
Other: Thomas is quick to growl or shock a stranger.

Age: Two years old
Gender: Female
Species: Spearow
Appearance: A normal Spearow, but she looks more kind than other members of her species.
Personality: A bit chatty when she feels like it. She is somewhat bossy.
Level: 36
Moves: Fly, Fury Attack, Assurance, and Aerial Ace.
Other: She hangs onto an Everstone, as she doesn't want to evolve.

She ran across the ashen land before spotting her friend, fonia. She let out a roar to her before shaking her fur of all the ash

[Boomer]

Ash woke up with her Pokemon all dog-piled on her. "C'mon guys..." she murmured, nudging them. They woke up and got off of her, then stood up. Ash slowly got up and yawned a little. She turned, seeing a volcano in the distance. Alessa winced a little and hopped into Ash's knapsack. Boomer waddled a few steps, with Buddy on his bulb. Maxwell climbed onto Ash's shoulder. Kenya flew onto Ash's head and perched. Thomas stood by Ash, staring at the volcano.

Fonia lost her footing and started rolling. It was only for a moment because she soon got a grip and slid to a stop. "Phew."

Isha hurried over, concerned for the welfare of the other pokemon. "Are you all right?" She asked. "That looked like a nasty fall."

[Boomer]

"I guess we should get going..." said Ash softly. She started to walk and her Pokemon followed her. Boomer kept his vines out, ready to grab some food or defend himself and his friends. Thomas was on alert, constantly looking around.

Cerberus ran over, seeing fonia fall. "Are you ok?" She asked trotting to a stop

Ash continued on her way, soon stopping near the volcano. She saw some Pokemon and sat in the grass, watching them interact. Her Pokemon stopped and sat. Alessa slowly poked her head out of the knapsack, then winced as she saw the fire types.
