Shudderleaf bursts into the clearing, a panicked look on her face. "Dripkit is caught in a fox trap!! Please help me!!!!" Shudderleaf yowls. All the cats listen and hear a far away shriek of a kit in pain.

"Dripkit is over here!" Shudderleaf hurries to the fox trap where Dripkit is yowling in agony. "He wandered out of camp, then I followed his scent trail. but how are we going to get him out?!" Shudderleaf collapsed next to her injured kit. "It's okay, your going to be fine." Shudderleaf's eyes narrowed. "Did any of you remember herbs to help him?" Shudderleaf mewed sounding worried. Dripkit had now stopped yowling and had closed his eyes, his body shivering. "He's in shock, but not dead." shudderleaf noted.

"Ok, Stonefox, you grab one side of the trap and i'll grab the other, becareful not to let go, or it will snap back and that will mean certain death for Dripkit. Ready, one, two THREE" Said Nightcling pulling as hard as he could with his teeth, Stonefox did the same.
It opened a gap just barley wide enough to let Dripkit squeeze himself out of the trap and into tis mothers soft chest-fur.
Echochance walked over and nuzzled Shudderleafs fur. "He'll be ok," She soothed, "I promise."
