He is allowed 5 minutes outside, which he uses to try and escape. He tried and tried to get away, but the owner put in an electric fence, and he can't get out. He needs help. Save him!

Mojave was allowed outside, once a day, for 5 minutes. This was his time. He ran out, and tried to escape through the fence again. He was shocked, literally, and sent flying 3 feet backwards. "Ow," he said, landing on his lame paw.
