Mistgaze padded back to camp with her head hung low... What was she? Did no tom like her?Nightfur lied to her why wouldn't another... She sighed not looking up.

Rainpaw noticed Mistgaze."You ok?"

She jumped at the sudden voice and shot her head up "oh yes.." She lied looking back down trying not to snap at the apprentice.

"Ok.I wanted to make sure.I want to make sure your happy."Rainpaw kept his right hind leg off the ground

She licked the apprentices head "thank you but I'm alright" she purred looking at his leg "what happened?" She asked cocking her head.

"Hawk.When I got dropped it put my leg out of place."Rainpaw answered

Jackalpaw purred,"Thanks." and began to eat the the mouse hungrily.
