Sundance had been laying with the two pups for hours now and she was hungry. Sundance got up one more time and ran to the house trying to get Ana's attention. She was jumping up at the door and barking hoping to get Ana to come and get Sundance and her puppies out of this cold weather. Sundance started barking, "Ana...Ana...you there Ana." Sundance knew that Ana couldnt understand what she was saying but she needed the puppies out of this weather. Sundance ran back to the barn and got both the puppies and brought them back to the front door and started barking again.

Star looked at Dante."Come on. Lets go home. I need warmth and sleep." Star smiled and started to limp back toward the barn. A light snow began o fall, covering the bodies of dead wolves and blood left behind.

Dante smiled, "Here," he said, leading her to the place where she usually slept. "Ill guide you." he said, letting her lean on his shoulder.
