"Together." mewed Sunpaw simply. She doubted it was the truth but went with it. "We'll all three watch over camp all night, then move into the warrior's den with Moonystrike." She touched her nose to his cheek, then sat up, looking at her paws. "Unless I misunderstood the question?"

"No that one's fine," he meowed and smiled, then brushed his cheek against hers.

Sunpaw suppressed a shiver as her heart raced. She took a quieting breath, and said "I, uh, Flintpaw's really sad about his family, I was talking to him, I'll see you later?" she said, trying not to say anything yet. She looked into Rainpaw's eyes and touched noses with him gently. "He's really torn up... you understand, right?" she looked into his eyes, willing him to understand that she honestly still cared about Flintpaw despite... other things...

"Yeah, who's in the graves?" Rainpaw asked her, guessing it was something to do with Flintpaw.

[EO+RS]

"His family." she mewed sadly, looking at the ground. "I'll see you later for vigil." She stood, her tail brushing Rainpaw's neck as she turned to pad back to comfort Flintpaw.

"I hope he's recovered by the time of the ceremony," Rainpaw mewed as Sunpaw padded back to Flintpaw.

[EO+RS]

Sunpaw sat by Flintpaw again, looking down at him. She couldn't think of anything to say, so she simply sat and hoped that he would be comforted by the presence of a friend.

Rainpaw watched for a while, then decided to go back to camp.
