Gingerkit came from the other side of the nursery, so he was unable to head Fadedecho and Beetlenose. He curiously and slowly walked towards the new scent. Unseen by the older cats he went over to Sam, unable to tell that he wasn't a cat. "Are you okay?" He asked, smelling blood.

Personality: Dewpaw is typically a quiet cat, and although she can have her shy moments, she can also be rather talkative. She is calm, collected and very diligent. She has a caring heart, and will do anything for anyone close to her; she devoted and loyal to her clan. She is very serious, rather tense, and due to the deaths of both her parents, she was forced to mature quickly. As a result, she can't always find humor or the "fun" in things; Dewpaw wants to have fun, she just doesn't understand it. She is mature for her age; maybe someday someone will make her open up and help her have some fun.

Sam gave a small bark, trying to shoo the kit away. He didn't need to look like he was threatening one of their kits. He barked again, only because he felt tension in the air.

Gingerkit jumped, but instead of going away he came closer. He stood up unsteadily on his hind paws and grabbed the young fox's paw. He pulled it towards him and found the thorn. He pulled it out then spit it on the ground. He "looked" up at him expectantly.

Splashleaf laughed quietly. "And that's never good! Poor Deerwing!" She said, still looking up, her eyes reflecting the sky. She didn't move though, too content where she was.

Skybounce

Skybounce decided he would go hunting on his own and padded out of camp. "What a glorious day!" He purred as he padded around the forest. He then scented some of his clan mate's scent and started to follow it. He then followed the scents into Tigerheart, Elmfang, and Rowanflame. "Oh hi guys!" He meowed happily to his clan mates.

Tigerheart tore his gaze from the LakeClan border to look at Skybounce. "Hello." He said.

Fadedecho's ears pricked at the sound of what seemed to be a fox's bark. He tensed, his icy blue eyes glistening in alarm. Although he couldn't see, he knew that voice. It was his son. It was Gingerkit. Quickly, he looked over at his mate and then dashed toward the fox, his claws unsheathed as he leaped onto it's back. The tom raked his claws across the fox's bushy orange fur.

Rowanheart hooked out another fish within a minute and tossed it aside.

Gingerkit was pushed back when Fadedecho ran by. "Stop it! You're hurting him!" He screamed, "he's already terrified!"

[storm coming.]

Fadedecho jumped off of the fox and grabbed Gingerkit in his jaws. Protectively, he raced to the nursery and set him down. "Stay here little one. I'll fight the fox for you." he said in a hushed voice.
