Riverbriar snorted as the apprentice's took off but didn't walk any faster. They'd be there when she got there after all. Glancing back at Sootnose to make sure she was still there she continued along wondering which one was going to get there first.

Shadowstep frowned slightly before he shook his head "Don't dwell on thoughts like that Hazelmoon." he said. He flicked his tail looking away "You were skilled enough to become a warrior and receive your warrior name. Ashstar saw some sort of potential even after that and gave you an apprentice to train. Even if you can't see it obviously he thinks you are skilled enough to pass on those important skills onto an apprentice." he said. Risking a glance back at her then "If he thought you were a bad warrior you wouldn't get an apprentice." he said simply. Shadowstep wasn't really known for giving pep talks to anyone aside from his sister. He wasn't particularly close to other cats, he never really let them in.. But he was pushing that aside for Hazelmoon.

Rainypaw peered out at camp, alerted by the loud voices and calls. Concern flashed in her pale green eyes as she took note of how upset Ashpaw was. Moving quickly the medicine cat apprentice moved to her clanmates side. She couldn't fight with them, she didn't know how.. But she could do something right? Moving close to them she took note of their faces before she looked at Ashpaw "Do.. you perhaps want to all go into the medicine cat's den? Ashpaw you could come in there with me and the others could sit outside of it or in the entrance and we can just hide you so you can avoid the fight. We have enough warriors to drive anyone out. At the very least you won't have to be involved." she said.

Stormypaw nodded again as he listened to the warriors. He chose to say silent however, he was still an apprentice after all so he didn't think his opinion counted for much. His ears twitched as he glanced around. Would they actually encounter a rogue or a loner? He'd never actually gotten to see one.. Well one that didn't join the clan that is.

Ashpaw looked up at Onepaw and Galepaw in is eyes, her blue eyes water with frustraion. "You don't understand what Flint's been throught, along with myself...You aren't me..." Ashpaw said quietly rubbing her face with her paws as tears dripped down onto the floor. She wasn't trying to sound rude or mean in anyway, she was just very upset no one understood what was going down.
Ashpaw looked up at Rainypaw when she heard her offer it took her a while to reply. "T-thank you Rainypaw..." Ashpaw whispered as she pushed herself up to her paws shakily. 'I just wanted today to be a normal day..' she thought.

She opened her eyes and suddenly jumped up. 'Mouse-Dung, I overslept' she thought as she quickly tidied her pelt. She excitedly padded to the center of camp to meet her mentor. She scanned the camp, it was empty and there no sign of Tigerlily. Excitement drained from her body to disappointment. She thought for awhile until she got it. 'I could help in the nursery!', Eveningpaw nearly jumped out of her paws. She padded over to the nursery. She stopped and looked at the queens and their kits. "Is their anything I can do for you today?."She asked outside the nursery.

As she was waiting for an answer, she tapped the waters surface, watching the ripples flow by on the stream. Then she scented something different. A kittypet? And another smell, Paletiger? She didn't know if she should go back or not, she didn't want to either, so instead she just waited for Seawing to respond.

So focused on the little cat was he, so determined not to let her get away, that when a massive shape crashed onto the ground in front of him, he was taken completely by surprise. The words of the newcomer were biting insults, and he felt his pride welling up. He had been crouching, to make it harder for the kittypet to dash under his big body if she tried, but now, he rose up like the noble tiger he was named for, determined to show Rowan that he didn't have the upper paw. With a shock, he realized that he and Rowan were actually about the same size. Paletiger nearly always dwarfed other cats, but here was one that actually rivaled him in that regard! He had always taken pride in his immense size, and it stung like a wasp to know that someone else could compete. He tried to relax, even as outrage seeped from his muscles. "If you move now, over-sized kittypet, we may forget your unwarranted arrogance and refrain ourselves from killing you. We already have this to deal with -" he swatted Silhouette's nose with his bushy tail for emphasis, "- and we don't need another one."

She flinched as Paletiger's tail smacked her nose. She shivered before the growling cats; Speckledust and Badgerpaw were intimidating for just being clan cats, but Paletiger and Rowan were more terrifying than anything she had encountered before for much more apparent reasons: They were huge, mighty fighters that probably relied on their brute strength alone to vanquish others in cold blood. Swallowing hard, she backed away, right into Badgerpaw. Not even caring that he was potentially dangerous, too, she cowered at his paws, instinctively seeking comfort.

As soon as she saw her tears, she felt horrible. She hadn't intended to hurt her feelings; it just pained her to see such an innocent cat hold such little self-worth for another that didn't deserve her efforts in any way. It was true that she didn't know everything about Ashpaw's past, but she didn't feel that she needed to to recognize this excessive, unmerited compassion. She couldn't bring herself to apologize, though - not over this. A fading guilt burned in her belly as she nodded at Rainypaw.

The silver she-cat finished her meal and licked her lips, savoring the taste of the vole. She gazed around the camp, wondering what she could help with. Her piercing blue eyes stopped over the fresh-kill pile that she saw was getting pretty low, so she decided that she'd go hunting. Featherclaw got up from her spot in the warm sun and padded out of the camp, into the forest.

RiverStone heard voices, and the sudden scent of other cats, not of her clan, assaulted her nose. Her pelt bristled as she stepped out of the bushes, her usually soft blue eyes hardening with a menacing glare. She moved towards her mate. "What exactly is going on...?" She whispered in his ear, keeping her gaze on the rogues.. and what seemed like a kittypet? RiverStone, having been raised with kittypets, knew what they looked like, but this poor piece of fluff didn't strike the warrior as a kittypet, maybe it was her appearance. RiverStone gave the small female a sympathetic smile, surely she couldn't be much of a threat.

"Well first you-" The tom cut himself off as he scented a few new cats nearby. "Hm.." SilverStorm and SeaWing were already some distance away, and there were SpeckleDust's, BadgerPaw's, and RiverStone's scents there as well. He was sure they had everything covered. "Well.. First you wait for a fish to swim by, patience is key when catching a fish. And when one finally approaches, you'll swipe your paw, and try to hook your claws into the fish, they can be slippery so be careful. Once you've gotten your claws into it's scales, or gills, you can pull it out and try to get it as far away from the water as possible." He demonstrated his point by plunging his paw into the water, although there wasn't a fish in there. "Kinda like that but... with a fish.." He said a bit sheepishly.

ScarFace curled up as tight of a ball as his grouchy joints would allow, his one green eye fastened on his mate as she ushered some kits into their den. Giving a quiet "Hmmph!" The elder turned his head towards the back of the den.

SpiritPaw continued to pant as he ran. WhiteStrike was fast! Even SpiritPaw, who liked to run, found it hard to keep up with his cousin. Suddenly, the small apprentice heard the distant roar of the waterfall, which was steadily growing closer and closer. "I can hear the waterfall!' He called out cheerfully. He was so excited! Okay okay, a little nervous too. But mostly excited! The Apprentice forced himself to speed up, so that he finally caught up to WhiteStrike, trailing just behind his cousin.

Mocha gave TwilightFur's retreating back a disgruntled frown as the she-cat went back to her nest. "So are you gonna answer my question?" He turned to HeatherFrost, still frowning. "What brings you to a kittypet place anyway? You're a clan-cat right?" He soothed his bristled pelt and padded back to his porch, jumping up and laying in a particularly sunny spot, his golden eyes barely focused on the female as he yawned.

BeetlePaw, hearing a voice, blinked with confusion, sleepily picking his head up. "Huh?" He took a step out of the den, a bewildered smile spread across his pleasant facial features. "What's going on?" He saw
GoldenPaw sitting beside the entrance to the Apprentice den "Oh hey, GoldenPaw!!" The young tom mewed.

(Sorry this is so lazzyyyy! I bought a ukulele yesterday so I'm teaching myself how to play it.)

She nodded then looked at the water. She put an unsheathed paw in the water, trying to imitate what she just saw. Her paw splashed a little when she put it in and her shadow loomed over the water as she was trying to concentrate. " Like this? " She asked as she was pulling her paw out of the water. The silver tabby still thought she needed more practice, but perhaps she could get it right next turn. Then she smelled another unfamiliar sent. Who now? She thought. She wanted to see what was going on but she liked the times where it was only she and her mate. They will probably have this under control, right? She twitched her tail nervously.

A hint of pride sparkled in the leader's eyes as he watched the young apprentice take action. He dipped his head. "I believe you've shown yourself worthy of joining in on the next group that has to chase a badger off of the territory." The tom chuckled. "Though, it would be nice if the threat of a badger was completely impossible." He shook his head. "I pray to Starclan that we won't see any badgers in the near future. But the threat is just as real as a rogue attack." Taking a deep breath, the tom refocused on their training session. "Let's try something else, then we can wrap it up for the day." His gaze shifted upwards towards the sky. It wouldn't be much longer before the sun began to set and the sky would grow dark. Focusing on Cloudypaw, the leader smirked. He launched himself forward, pinning the she-cat down. "Oh no, Cloudypaw. Your attacker has pinned you. What will you do?" He was careful to not push down too hard on the apprentice, but also didn't want to make it too easy for her to escape.

Nightpaw could feel himself beginning to tire out. A war raged on inside his head. Should he slow down and save his energy? Or push even harder to win the race? Was it worth it? As he reached Dawnpaw, he looked over at her. "You're pretty fast, ya know." The tom huffed in between breaths. He managed to match her pace. "I saw we call this a tie." Looking ahead, he saw the training hollow come into sight. At last! Opting to continue matching the she-cats pace, he didn't really care anymore who won. He just didn't want to be too exhausted to battle. As they reached the training hollow, Nightpaw flopped over onto his side. He took a moment to catch his breath. The black coated tom rolled onto his back. "I feel like a dead mouse!" He exclaimed jokingly.

Falconblaze growled. He was growing irritated with this cat. Why couldn't he stop and explain himself? Without wasting much time, he hurled himself into camp after the tom. "Stop it you mousebrain!" He spat, taking a couple steps closer to Flint. "Now you've made a mistake. You're intruding inside of our home." His fur bristled in anger. Rage burned in his eyes. "You will not. I repeat, will not, hurt one member of this clan." Hissing, he took a final step towards the tom. "Now what is it you're here for? If you refuse to speak, I will have to attack you."

Speckledust's fur began to ruffle at the scent of an unfamiliar cat. His ears perked, now consciously alert for anything out of the ordinary. Though, it wasn't long before the unfamiliar presence had made its appearance. The tom hissed. "Who are you and what do you want?" His tail lashed through the air vigorously. "We are busy and don't have time for even more outsiders trespassing on our clan territory!" His claws unsheathed, digging into the ground. Though there was some slight fear rising inside of him, he did his best to hide it. If they had to fight this tom, the small she-cat might take the opportunity to run away. What would Ashstar think of them?

Ryebreeze's eyes widened at the she-cats question. A grin formed on his muzzle. "Of course!" He chuckled. "My long legs can really be an advantage for things like that." His tail swished casually behind him. He looked around the territory. "I know where some really good trees for climbing are!" The tom chirped before dashing off. He pranced ahead as he made his way to a small clearing surrounded by shorter trees with low branches. A smile rested on his face as he waited for Cherryblossom to catch up. Feelings of excitement overflowed the tom.

Honeykit gave her sister an uneasy look before nodding in hesitant agreement. She didn't feel good about doing this at all. Yet, at the same time, she didn't want to disappoint her sister. The small she-cat carried her vole, following after her father and sister. Her ears flattened as the group waited for the response of one of the elders.

Honeykit's eyes widened as she looked at Lostheart. The old she-cat didn't look very good. She almost even looked scary. Though, all of the elders looked kinda scary. Padding up closer to the she-cat, she dropped the vole that was dangling in her mouth. "We brought you all some prey." She squeaked. "I hope you're hungry."

She calmed down and wiped away her tears. She smiles back at her mate.Ever since those hip pains started happening. I knew right there and then that I was carrying kits, I just wanted to keep this a surprise until the right time, and I guess this IS the right time. she meowed

Nonsense! Just you wait, after you two talk, I'm sure you'll have a lot in common and-he looks towards the enterance to see Galepaw, Rainypaw, Onepaw, huddled up next to Ashpaw and a large silver tom standing in front of them. Oh my word! Who let that tom into the camp? We have to warn Ashstar! he said scared.

I'm glad you like it my lo- I mean, Brokenwing. It is beautiful out here especially in greenleaf. he looks around to admire the nice green trees and the flowers. He missed going out into the forest with someone close to him.

Hah, I can speak when I want. I actually changed my mind about this, I'm killing every cat close to Ashpaw starting with YOU he unsheathes his claws and leaps at the warrior slashing his side.
