Murkypaw watched Mistyway run, her lip curled in obvious disgust. No need for such drama, she thought acidly. Everything can be solved quickly and easily if you don't make it personal! The she-cat clawed at the plentiful remains of her meal; she'd lost her appetite.

Bones, fat, muscle, and all clamped firmly between her jaws, she trotted out of camp in the direction of the Twolegplace Border. Perhaps there's some lousy kittypet out there who wants to taste his first rabbit.

Cometfern could feel reluctance pulsing from the queen. Gingerly, she mewed, "I could get you some prey right now, if you'd like." Without waiting for an answer, she slowly padded away towards the fresh-kill pile, eying the mice hungrily.

Mistyway saw Murkypaw's face and thought, "Just another reason I should leave. No-one obviously wants me here." she panted to herself as she ran through the forest.

Silverwing glanced at Emberheart. He wasnt one to talk much. He didnt want to let it slip that he did not enjoy Clan life all that much.
