Suddenly, water from the stream began to spill over softly. Cherrypaw spotted it pooling into his den as he awoke abruptly in his nest. He scanned the den rapidly, "Quick, wake up! The water is rising in the stream!"

Jaypaw awoke."What!?"

Midnightwish grabbed her kits and darted out of the nursery

Smokekit sat helplessy in the nursery

LeafFall scented something, "Russetstar I smell water... not just an water it's a lot." She jumped to her paws, "Get out of here as soon as you can, I'll get out siblings," she gave him a lick on the ear and scurried off

Russetstar couldn't just do nothing, so he gently stalked among the forest, trying to get a glimpse of any passing cats

Cherrypaw looked at Jaypaw, "We need to get out!" He exclaimed and looked as water started rising

Spiritstar padded through the forest, a salty tang stung her senses

Silverflower and Snowbird darted over to the nursery, Snowbird grabbed Lionkit, "Where are his siblings?"

Jaypaw nodded."Come on."he ran out of the apprentices den

Smokekit saw Snowbird."Whats going on?"

Mousedung! Deciding to limp rather than be careful, Ravenlight chose to run away from the river and hopefully find a few other cats. "Come on, Creampaw, we need to go find the others," he informed her.

Cherrypaw leaped through the growing stream water, "Help anyone you can," he whispered, back to back with his brother

Snowbird quickly explained, "The water from the stream in the apprentice's den is rising, we need to leave camp as soon as possible!"

Silverflower picked him up by the scruff, "Seen other kits?"

Russetstar made his way around camp and looked over from the highledge and spotted the medicine cat's den Rowanpaw! I'm coming!

Spiritstar sploshed through the water and up to camp, gripping trees so that the water wouldn't push her back, This must be what Tawnypaw was talking about! She gripped onto trees while in the process of making her way to the cats up at camp.

Russetstar scurried down the highledge and jumped into the water, struggling to swim, It's been so many moons! the laughable cat made his way to the medicine cat's den, only to find no one, he sighed and gathered up as many herbs as he could, Let's get these outta here! With an assortment of juniper berries, cobwebs, lavender, coltsfoot, and a bit of catmint he took a branch from the medicine cat's den and placed the herbs swiftly on top, aha! Like a raft, he grabbed hold and braced himself for a bumpy ride down the growing stream of water
