She stopped. "It's just like any other sickness... We watch as our beloved friends and family die with no hope" tears rolled out of her eyes. Memories of her mother came back to her.

He rubbed up against Dappletail, trying to comfort her. "It'll be alright. Everything happens for a reason. All the cats that die are much happier in Starclan where there is not death or sickness..."

DappleTail sniffed back her tears. "Your right" she finally said.

He rolled onto his side. "I'm always right," He said, smirking.

DappleTail laughed. "Good night!" she yawned heading toward the warriors den.

"Oh, you know I am!" He yelled laughing. He went into the den a few minutes later.

That night DappleTail dreamed of a wide expanse of valley. In the valley she saw two kits playing together. She smiled delighted at how happy her dream was, but then a shadow came upon them blood was everywhere. "No!!" she yowled. Soon all she could see was the dead bodies of the kits. She woke up suddenly sweating from her nightmare.
