Snowspirit just barely caught what her apprentice had murmured, and her ear twitched slightly. She knew the young she-cat was a bit short-tempered, something Viperstar had probably hoped she could help her with, but she didn't quite know how to control that. She let out a soft purr. Well, Moongaze was being a bit of a mouse-brain, going out on his own... Snowspirit flicked her tail for Milkpaw to follow. "How about now? I don't think anything interesting will happen in camp for a little while."

"Alright, sounds like a plan." Milkpaw mewed, smiling at the thought of hunting with her mentor. Milkpaw had always enjoyed Snowspirit's company and training with her always something to look forward to. She padded up Snowspirit, though her steps faltered as she could've sworn she heard a couple of distressed yowls and the shrill cry of a hawk? Milkpaw shook her head and snorted. 'It's probably just my head, everything that happened today is messing up my senses. That's all.' She thought.

Nightshade makes no sound, as only her bright blue eyes can be seen from under the cover of the shadows. She was currently under a tree root, and has just spotted her first prey. A mouse, nibbling on a seed only a spring away. Her hindquarters lift into the air slightly as she prepares to spring. Quick as a snake, she lunges out of her hiding place, and kills the mouse with a bite to the back of its neck. Rather content with her kill, she picks it up in her haws before heading back to camp

Badgermask padded about the camp, he'd spotted that Tigerkit and Skykit had been gone for some time, and even if they were just exploring he was getting rather worried about them.
Upon noticing the forlorn look on her brother's face, Mudsplash padded over to him and gave him a small lick on the shoulder, but said nothing, just trying to comfort him.

Coldpaw sat quietly in the medicine cat's den, watching over the camp as he waited for Reedfoot to need him, or for another clan mate to.

Snowspirit's ears flicked up as she heard the yowls as well. That sounded almost like... the kits! Her blue eyes flitted towards the nursery, but the pair didn't seem to be there and she looked towards Milkpaw. Now calm down... your ears are probably just playing tricks on you... Still she asked her apprentice, "Did you hear something too?"

Nightshade silently slips into the camp, dropping her mouse on the freshkill pile. With a soft sigh, she heads to her spot in the shade if some rocks, as she sits. Slowly rasping her tongue over her jet black fur, she grooms herself. She might not be one for wanting to attract a mate, but she still very much liked her fur to be slick and clean.
