SunClan's Story [New Thread]

Shadowpaw silently pads up to Holliclaw, trying to smile the best he could. "Hello." the black apprentice meows. "I'm pretty new here, and I don't believe we've met. My name is Shadowpaw." he says, dipping his head to the queen. Hopefully this was okay for a start! I haven't talked to anybody for so long... he grumbled in his mind.

Gingerpaw walked toward wolfpaw and sat down next to her

Holliclaw smiles at the apprentice "hello Shadopaw I'm holliclaw"she me owed nicely to the friendly apprentice as she was impressed of his manners

Wolfpaw didn't grumble nor growl, but she didn't smile nor perk up. All she did was look at Gingerpaw, trying to recognise
the fellow apprentice.
"Greetings." Wolfpaw said, still observing.

Gingerpaw sat up straight as wolfpaw some to her "hello, I'm gingerpaw you must be wolfpaw." she mewes in a greeting to her.

"Nice to meet you Holliclaw. How are your kits?" he asks with a genuine smile. Shadowpaw loved kits, and had a real soft spot for them. He hoped to have some of his own someday, but that was way ahead of time for him. He didn't even have a...Stop daydreaming, Shadowpaw! Focus! he scolded himself in his mind. You're in the middle of a conversation with a queen, so don't get distracted!

Wolfpaw was taken aback.
'Score one for unpreparedness!' She thought, replying back with a calm mew as if nothing had happened,
"Yeah, I'm Wolfpaw. Wolfpaw, of the old StoneClan; Now the Brilliant SunClan." Wolfpaw replied, wondering if that souned wrong.

Holliclaw looked at her kits and licked each one of their tiny heads "their wonderful thank you for asking"she purred happily

Gingerpaw stood up "if you'll exuse me I will only be a moment."and walks over to shadowpaw

Wolfpaw sighed.
'Sure, only a moment. These days, moment's are eternities.' She thought, but yet nodded.
"Sure, take your time, take your time."

Shadowpaw gave the queen and her kits a genuine smile before turning to Gingerpaw. He tilted his head a bit to the side. "Hi there, Gingerpaw, isn't it?" he mews quietly. He glanced over her shoulder for a short moment, noticing Wolfpaw, looking a bit depressed. What's wrong with her? he asked himself, slightly worried for the she-cat. He pushed those thoughts out of his mind, and focused back on Gingerpaw and their conversation.

Duskpaw kept his gaze down as his paw inched forward to then rest on the leader's right paw. He could feel him mind surge with her's, his mind connecting to speak though one another. He smiled warmly up at her with his iced-blue eyes sparking from contained joy. "Hello," he said though her mind. His voice even though was different from the real old child voice, he made this voice his own. It was a growing child voice, with a deep tone that added a mysterious hint of secrets that layed under the tone of each letter. "I can't speak without touching you. I am sorry," he said with his paw flexing against her larger foot.
