Swiftstar's ears perked at the sound of a voice. She slowly opened her eyes. In a groggy voice, she responded, "Yes?" The she-cat moved her paw away from eyes. "What is it, Silvermist?" She let out a small sneezing fit. "Sorry about that." The leader shook her head before sitting up. "Please, make yourself comfortable."

Graymist's face lit up at Aspencloud's approval of the fresh-kill. She gave the bottom of her front paws a few quick licks, attempting to clear off the cold snow. Her gaze drifted to the squirrel as it was pushed towards her. She hated the idea of taking the first bite, especially with prey being as scarce as it was. The she-cat much preferred to see others be fed before her. Though, she could never turn down a meal. Smiling, she looked up at the tom. "I love training with Wolfpaw." Her eyes sparkled. "She's such a quick learner and has such an energetic personality." Chuckling, she added, "I can't help but just smile whenever I'm around her." Leaning down, the gray tabby began to eat away at the squirrel. She took her time chewing, wanting to enjoy every ounce of flavor. After swallowing her last bite she nudged it towards Aspencloud. "By the way." She meowed with a concerned tone. "I grew a little worried about the health of our leader while we were on our patrol." The she-cat shook her head. "She didn't look or act herself as we were making our way back." She glanced over at the leader's den. "Later on we should check in on her if you think it would be a good idea."

Falconblaze frowned. "Well, if I see him I will make sure to send him your way." He chuckled lightly. A small yawn escaped the tom's mouth. "I need to find something to do before I end up falling asleep again!" His eyes scanned the clearing. A few moments had passed before his attention returned to Featherheart. "I guess I've bothered you long enough." A sheepish grin rested on his muzzle. "I can leave you alone now if you want me to." His paws shifted. "Or if you'd rather, we could share a quick meal?" The tip of the tom's tail flicked, smacking against the snow-covered earth. "I need to take Skypaw out for training soon, but I would like a quick snack before doing so."

(I'm so sorry for being so inactive! I procrastinated rp'ing way too much XD Busy with tons of random stuff, broke a foot bone.

Speckledpaw's eyes scanned the camp, looking for his mentor. Quickly, he spotted Featherheart and Falconblaze talking. Oh! There they are, he thought. Speckledpaw darted over. "Hey, Featherheart." He greeted her. "Sorry about not being around..." He paused, seeming a bit embarrased. He glanced at Falconblaze briefly.
"Maybe we can go out training? We haven't really done that too much." Speckledpaw quickly tried to change the mood. He waited for an answer very briefly, then remembered Falconblaze again.
"Oh, umm... Did I interrupt something?" He mewed quickly.

S-sure a meal would be alright. You didn't bother me at all, Falconblaze she grins back at him and her nose twitches. She notices her apprentice, Speckledpaw in front of her and Falconblaze. She seemed pretty annoyed a little but kept it to herself.You didn't interupt nothing, Speckledpaw. We were just about to eat together before he goes training with Skypaw. I'll take you training later today and show you some basic moves if you want. she meowed.

Silverpaw winced a little as the medicine cat touched the wound. She kept a brave face, not wanting to appear weak now. Her ears were burning at Aspencloud's comments. She glanced down, attempting to examine the wound on her shoulder. Though she hoped it would heal properly, she also wouldn't mind if it did become a scar she could use as a reminder. Excitement bubbled inside of her. "I have to go look for Speckledpaw!" The she-cat began to race out of the den but quickly slowed down, not wanting to mess up the cobwebs covering the wound. As she emerged from the den, her eyes immediately began to search the clearing for the apprentice. "Speckledpaw!" She called out, hoping for a response. Eventually, she spotted him near Falconblaze and Featherheart. "Hi!" The she-cat padded up to her denmate.

Falconblaze's ears perked. "Okay!" He exclaimed. Relief washed over him at knowing that he hadn't been a bother to the she-cat. "I'll go grab something." Just as he was about to pad away, he noticed Speckledpaw approaching. "Well, what do you know." He chuckled. The tom then proceeded to pad over to the fresh-kill pile. He found a decently sized vole and picked it up. Surely it would be enough to share between the two of them. Padding back over to Featherheart, he dropped the vole near her paws. "You can have the first bite."

"Oh.... A-alright then." Speckledpaw disappointingly meowed. "I was hoping to do it soon, but I guess I can wait."
Speckledpaw turned to leave, then spotted Silverpaw running over. "Oh, hey Silverpaw!" His glum expression brightened to see her.
"Was there something you- huh? When did you hurt your shoulder?" He said, concerned.

Oh I will show myself alright he thought. He stalked around towards the back of the two cats. Once there he stalked his prey. He knew it would be easier to go for Crowpaw but a risk because Aldershine could attack easy on him.
He got ready to pounce on Aldershine. He attacked and ripped open a wound on his back. Striking over and over.

☞ASPENCLOUD watched on contentedly as Graymist had her fill of the prey, wanting to offer her as much as she wanted. A soft rumble began in his throat, his glowing amber eyes growing hazy as they narrowed. The deputy simply relaxed, allowing himself to enjoy the company of his favorite cat, soaking in her warmth. "That's wonderful. You two seem like a match made in Starclan." he purred out, glad to know that her first apprentice wasn't a pawful. "If I didn't know any better, I'd say she was a younger version of you." he pointed out keenly, smiling a bit at his own observation. The slender black tom watched as the prey was moved towards him, pausing for a moment out of respect before dropping down to take his first bite. The change in Graymist's tone caught his attention and he glanced up, chewing slowly and thoughtfully as she spoke. Aspencloud swallowed his mouthful, stifling a sigh. Perhaps leafbare had even gotten to Swiftstar. The warrior nodded definitively at her advice. "I'll make sure to check on her in a bit. It might be wise if you stayed out of the den." he suggested, hoping that sickness wasn't a player, but knowing that it was a large possibility.

☞CROWPAW nods slowly, looking back at the warrior with confusion in his murky green eyes. "Yes... I'm alright, just thought I smelled someone I once knew." he murmured slowly, trudging back towards the older tom in order to close any gaps. Suddenly, the foxhearted tom's scent caught the apprentice's attention, his eyes widening as the strange gray cat came leaping out of the thicket. The dark tabby let out a vicious growl, but before he could attack, a voice and a blur of brown came hurtling out of the woods, straight for the tom.

☞LARK watched the gray tom through narrowed green eyes, growing more and more suspicious of him with each passing second. Two more cats appeared together, and that seemed more typical of the clan cats their mother had described. It seemed as though they were tracking the lone cat. The chocolate she-cat hissed softly as she watched him double back on the two cats, unwilling to let him surprise them. The young she-cat and her sister slipped noiselessly through the trees, using the skills their mother had provided them with to their advantage. The chocolate cat knew better than to give away their position through scent or noise, so she remained downwind of the sinister gray cat. As they got closer to the hunter and his prey, one of the cats became eerily familiar. Green eyes round, she stared at the young tom for a while, almost forgetting that she intended to save them from an ambush. Suddenly, the gray tom leapt and began to attack the older of the two cats, bringing her back into reality. "Hey!" she yowled out sharply before pelting towards the older cat, pushing off of the ground with her hind legs and hurtling through the air. Her large, strong body collided with Pebblepelt's, throwing him from Aldershine's back.

☞Cricket stood, stunned, as she watched her sister take action. The tabico forced herself to move, loping towards the cluster of cats in order to offer Lark backup against the slimy mousebrain who thought it was a sensible idea to attack two clan cats. As she entered the small clearing, she noted that her larger sister seemed to have the situation under control for now. Taking the opportunity, she glanced at the younger of the two cats, her golden eyes round and curious. He looked... so much like her father. Was this Crow?

AGH he yowled in pain as Pebblepelt pounced and attacked him. He unsheathes his claws and pounces on the tom who attacked him.CROWPAW GO GET SWIFTSTAR OR ASPENCLOUD. he tells the apprentice. I'll hold him off. he pins Pebblepelt down by the shoulders, giving Crowpaw enough time to go back to camp to get Aspencloud or Swiftstar.
