"I know. I have already seen it." Owlstar mewed, picturing the horrible wound on Silverdawn's throat. It would have taken her life if it was any deeper. He stroked Tumblekit's head with his tail.
"I am terribly sorry about your mother. But she will heal, and be strong again." He reassured the soon-to-be-apprentice. He thought about giving the kits their apprentice ceremonies now. It would do good to cheer up the camp.
"You know what? I'm going to give you guys your ceremony now. It's about time." He purred, standing up and walking out of his den.

"We can make it our den!" Bramblekit squealed, leaping forward into the den and rolling around happily. He flounced into one nest and wriggled around in it, enjoying it's comfort and warmth it provided.

Tumblekit bopped around with happiness as he mentioned the ceremonies. He bound out the den and sat right infront of the rock, where Silverdawn would be able to see from the medicine cats den.
