Littlepaw looked around and sniffled. She felt sick, like she was slowly melting on the inside.

Hickorypaw dried himself, a bit embarrassed to have fallen in and not have been able to get out.

Creekfoot shook his head, "Can't say I have," he admitted

Hawkeye smiled a little, "Hey there, Frozenpaw!" He greeted with a little waver of his tail

Pinetail frowned, wondering where she went. "Mom always tells one of us before she leaves."

Creekfoot shrugged, "She could have gone on patrol or something," he smiled a little, trying to cheer Pinetail up, "We should go hunting with someone. Brightshine might sort out patrols later, let's request to join one, maybe?"

Frozenpaw sat down. "What's up?" It had occurred to herlatelthat she was all alone-no parents, aunts, uncles, siblings, etc., and had been feeling down.
