Ghosttail stared at Darkpelt's body dully, he couldn't express his grief for her in words or actions; he had never reacted to dead cats well. He simply sat father away from the other cats, crouched over Wrenpaw and giving her comforting licks on the head. He sighed, wishing that Silverdust were here. The she-cat's presence usually had him in a good mood.

"The very second I find out who caused this, they'll have no mercy from me." Fogheart meowed. How could a Clan cat be so disloyal? If it was true that the actual target was him, he was certain they'd try to kill him again. Fogheart would have to keep his guard up now, for both him and his Clanmates. He frowned as he looked at Ashstar, "I don't suppose you have a clear idea of how to find out who did this, right?"

Wrenpaw almost had no reaction to Ghosttail's licks, she seemed frozen in place staring at the elder's body. She would miss Darkpelt for many moons, back when she was a kit she loved listening to her stories and hoped to be like her when she grew up. She stared at Darkpelt's body with wide and scared amber eyes and sniffled, burying her head in her paws. With the recent fire and Darkpelt's murder, Wrenpaw wasn't sure if she could take much more of this.

Nika quickly got over her assumption that Tigerfur suspected her of this elder's death. Though she called him a stupid furball she doubted he could be that dense to suspect her. She sat father from the grieving Clan cats, watching with sad eyes as the Clan grieved.

Tigerfur pulled his gaze away from Darkpelt and padded to his moss where he fell asleep. short

Wrenpaw abruptly stood up, surprising Ghosttail. She made her way to Darkpelt's body and and sat next to Blackpelt, Wrenpaw looked at Darkpelt's body and buried her head into the she-cat's fur, "I won't forgot you." She whispered.

Ashstar nodded, "We need to stay strong." She said. She put her nose into Darkpelts fur for a moment, before getting up and padding away to her moss.

.Personality (Optional)- She finds enjoyment in everything, whether it comes from pulling a kit's tail to slashing a warrior's throat out. She gets bored every easily and likes to worm her way into cat's minds for fun. Under this odd form of enjoyment for her which leads cats to think she's utterly insane, Laurelnose is a very thoughtful she-cat and is actually very smart, she just doesn't know who to get her point across. The fact that's she been in the Dark Forest for so long just drove her up the wall to the point where it's warped her personalty.

.:-History (Optional)- Born as a rogue and mainly traveled place to place, she saw many gruesome things in her lifetime from cats being run over by monsters to many other unspeakable horrors. She wasn't a very stable cat and every night she'd dream of dreadful visions and cats from all over killing or attacking her. She was brought in by a AngelClan cat and eventually her nightmares were at ease when she joined the Clan. When she had gotten her first apprentice, the visions came back in the form of little Smallpaw. Her own apprentice, she'd never show signs of these nightmares to her medicine cat or leader and everyday they'd become worse.It was in a training session where Smallpaw lunged for her throat that Laurelnose took it the wrong way, she crushed her apprentice's neck with her teeth because Laurelnose thought that Smallpaw was going to kill her like she had done so many times in dreams. Laurelnose ran away from AngelClan that day, living alone until the day she died. Her mind still haunted with visions of terrifying cats from her nightmares wherever she walks in the Dark Forest.

"Icefur!" Frozenpaw yelped out. He was trapped within the brambles he had held in secrecy. He watched as his only family member was now slained. He couldn't bear to watch, but he just kept looking. The image was imprinted on his brain forever. He didn't know how to react. He had just hunted friendly with this murderer. He then realized; his cover was blown.
