Jaypaw reached Hickorypaw.He grabbed his scruff and held their heads above water as he swam towards the bank so they could get out of the river

Darkpaw had just caught a fish in the river and buried it with her lizard. She had been looking for Jaypaw when she found him, dragging Hickorypaw out of the river. She got over as her brother pulled the younger cat onto the bank. "Is he okay?" she asked, looking over the two toms.

Jaypaw put Hickorypaw on the ground gently."Fine just soaked."he checked to see if Hockorypaw was acually fine

Darkpaw looked around, "We should get him back though, what was he doing out here alone anyway?" she mewed.

"Im not sure.We'll have to work together to get him to camp though."Jaypaw tried to help his friend

Darkpaw nodded, she could return for her prey. She gently slipped under Hickorypaws back and waited for Jaypaw.
