Mothstar sits and wraps her tail around her paws "I ate earlier thank you. Take your time though, there's really no rush. If you eat too quickly you'll get a stomach ache." the spotted leader smiles "You wouldn't want to trouble the medicine cats now would you?" Mothstar meows cheerfully thinking back to the start of her apprenticeship where she trained as a medicine cat. The amount of stomach aches she had to deal with on the daily was astounding, Cats back then just didn't know how to eat I guess. she thinks chuckling to herself.

"Mothstar? I-is that your leader? Can I please speak to them; I wish them and anyone else affiliated with this clan no harm. I just want to ask a question if I can." They said trying to convience the older tom

Specklesong flicked his ear in annoyance at his leaders words, trying his best to remain respectful and not say or do anything that would alert Mothstar of his distaste. Such a fact was obvious, and frankly, it is something that most kits know. "Will do, Mothstar," He looks to Silentbrook "I'll grab you something as well." Before a response could be given, he padded to the freshkill pile and grabbed a small thrush for himself and a mouse for the other. His mouth began to water and warm as his teeth sunk gently into the supple flesh of the animals.

Mothstar nods and licks her sleep ruffled pelt smoothing it down. She looks again around camp, eyes settling on Flamefoot I hope all is right with Starclan. They have no reason to punish us currently. Do they? she questions, before shaking her thoughts away.

"Morning." Crowflight huffs in response, standing also. The two exit the den, Crowflight guided by Larksong to a pile of dry moss outside their den which they spend most their days laying in.

Mothstar turns her head at the mention of her name to see an unfamiliar cat standing next to her clan mates. She approaches sensing that this cat has no malicious intent and sits a tail length away "Hello, I am Mothstar. Who are you and what is you business in our camp?" she asks tilting her large head. I wonder if this cat is the reason for starclans silence? the spotted she cat thinks to herself.

She looked the camp, overhearing some of the warrior's conversations "oh I can take something to the elders" she spoke up to the younger warriors, then took the lastest rabbit out of the pile and made her way to the elder's den "Good morning Crowflight, Larksong" she mumbled her mouth full of rabbits fur. She gently dropped the prey down "I thought you two are not eaten yet, so here...want to eat this rabbit? it's not fresh, but better than nothing before the hunters go and come back with fresh kills" she meowed flicking her tail.

Cloudfur looked up at the cat named Tall'Runner and the other tom.

"Thank you both! You are very helpful!" Cloudfur said involuntarily purring in happiness.

"H-hi Mothstar." Cloudfur started awkwardly. "Oh! I brought an offering for your clan!" Cloudfur gently grabbed the fish by their paws and offered it to Mothstar while keeping a respectful distance.

"My name is Cloudfur and I was- my business is- well, I was wondering if I could join your clan?" Cloudfur started getting more and more nervous as the words tumbled out.

Cloudfur flattened themself to the ground and refused to make eye contact with the she-cat leader hoping that this was respectful and submissive wnough that she didn't think they were wanting to provoke or attack the leader.
