He walked out of his den and spotted Lightfeather snoozing. He purred at the pretty she-cat, but shook his head and walked over to her. "I don't mean to wake you," he said as politely as he could. "But i need some help in the medicine den."

Oaktail - Leafclan
He got back into a stand and padded over to Moonberry. "But we don't have to go back yet do we?" he asked as he licked her ear, forgetting to hide his affection for the medicine cat.

(/) Moonberry's eyes widened as he licked her ear, she purred but still had a heavy heart. "I have to go back.. what if one of the kits stand on a thorn, or an elder has an achy joint?"

He snorted. "They have those injuries so often, I think they can care for themselves at this point." He gathered the juniper berry stems to help carry them. "But if you insist then you can."

Lightfeather yawned and stretched. "Sure, what do you need help with?" She asked the medicine cat.

Silverkit - LeafClan
She continued to "Attack" Her sister, making sure that her claws were seathed.

(/) Moonberry looked at Oaktail. "They'd end up poisoning themselves." She frowned.

"I need you to help me sort herbs." he said, sitting down and curling his tail over his paws. "Since I don't have an apprentice, and you seem to enjoy helping me out, I was wondering if you'd consider becoming my apprentice." He felt awkward asking the question, but he knew that it probably was time.

(&) Maplekit snorted and waddled back into the den. "It's getting too cold!"

Lightfeather was taken aback by the question. "But I'm a warrior..." She reminded him. 'And besides, how can I love someone when I'm a medicine cat?' She added, in her head. She did, however, help Shadowberry with his herbs.
