Bluestar gave the white tom a apolegizing look "Sorry or starteling you Whiterain" He said calmly beore he nodded "Yes that would be perfect, I was just looking for someone who could take the morning patrol and would be glad if you did it" He replied with a smile. "Make sure to get back safe" He then added looking at all the cats gathered by Whiterain, with the huge crowd he knew it wouldnt be a problem for them at all.

Dustpelts flank moved slowly as he slept. He had by now adapted to his new body very well and didn't even think about him being diffrent much anymore. It happend that he sometimes dreamed back to being "normal" but it never weighed him down too much. He was happy for his two best friends who were now mates. He often wondered if he would be able to get one in the future.

Florian was cleaning his fur from dew and dirt. His small den was not perfect for isolation from water but he had not bothered to go looking for something else. He remembered the dark cat who had spoken to him some moons ago. What had that been all about, could a cat not sleep where he wanted in the woods. The white tom grunted at the memory of the mysterious tom before he returned to grooming.

The tom gave Berrytail an annoyed look as she called them kits but stayed silent listening."Bouncepaw you go first! Try on me!"

Taking a sniff he could know that Bluestar was there with Sorrelcress and the other cats he will go patrol with. Flicking his tail, giving a quick look back toward the Otterpaw "And if he don't train with you....biyr his tail" he said sarcastically before walking off toward the the other cats

She was looking at her apprentices any moves, rolling her eyes a little bit when she run into her son Starlingpaw. She walked toward them "Very good catch Bramblepaw, but you could be more careful" she meowed "It's important to see what happens around you, even thought you're hunting" she meowed turning to Starlingpaw "And I could say that to you too Starling" she said.

"and what if it does come for cloverclan one day? you will know not what it is nor how to deal with it." fernstar's eyes narrowed slightly as her patience with the old leader began to ebb away. "cloverstar, i knew what i was doing. we doubled patrols and it was soon declared there was no danger anymore. why throw cats into a battle when we don't know what the enemy is?" it wasn't the first time fernstar had argued with her leader, but normally they were just short debates.

"don't worry if you can't do it, for you may not get it at first because it's quite complex and some cats can't flex their bodies like that." the warrior meowed, watching as bouncepaw stretched and prepared to try the move. "don't strain yourselves though. we don't want any avoidable trips to threeleg."

"but be a little quieter, we don't want to scare everything away before we start." the warrior added with a chuckle before turning and leading the way over to bluestar.

she watched with wide brown eyes as her brother's mentor demonstrated the move on berrytail. once he'd finished, the small she-cat stretched before watching firepaw carefully. the brown apprentice crouched, judging her movements before leaping into the air. however, she was unsuccessful in her twist, managing to spin in the air before landing sideways on the ginger tom's back. "sorry!" bouncepaw squeaked, hurrying to her paws.

the golden tabby purred happily, tearing her gaze from the trees as she heard yellowpaw's mew greeting her as the golden she cat came running towards the tree with rainpaw and dewpaw behind her. "hello girls! i caught us a nice fat hare so you three can have first dibs." morningdawn purred, watching her daughters dig into the prey hungrily. she hoped tigerfang missed his family, and somewhat regretted what he'd done.

He gived her a quick nod as a greeting "Stormclan border sound fine to me" he meowed to the white tom, flicking his tail to Ashpaw "Lets get going" he said.

Starlingpaw is big, so he could be good opponent for the smaller Bramblepaw" she meowed glancing at her former mentor.

"correct, now let's get this collected instead of gawking at it." the medicine cat meowed before beginning to snip at the stems, gathering the herbs together with his paws. picking them up in his jaws, he waited for goldenpaw to finish harvesting his lot before flicking his grey and white tail and leading the way out of the clearing.

"come on then, we better get going." whiterain gestured with his tail to the patrol before heading to the gap in the trees that was the camp entrance. he slid through the undergrowth easily now, having grown used to it. in willowclan, the trees were still a mixture of beech and oak, but the ground was mainly covered with grass. there was no ferns or bushes to hide the cats. the large white male halted a few tree lengths from the scent line and gave the air a brief sniff before continuing to where the border marker was.
