"Heh, same. But I'm always tired, I guess. almost tripped yesterday, but I'm fine." He replied, then looking down at the small kit. "Hello, little one. And good morning to you." he meowed quietly, a small smile on his face.

"Well I'm glad you're alright," she mewed, her voice sweet. "I'm sorry that you're always tired, your duties probably take a lot out of you." Her eyes moved over his form kindly, he seemed like he needed a good wash. "Would you mind sharing tongues with me? It seems we both need a good wash."


Honeykit
She smiled, wrinkling her nose at a sneeze and padded clumsily towards him. "You're fur is swoft," she mewed, brushing against him.

Echowhisker nodded. "I tried to flatten some of my fur down, but it just sticks back up. it's like I'm a walking, talking ball of fluff." He joked around on the last part, while sitting down next to her. He then chuckled at honeykit's actions. "Yes, my fur is soft indeed, isn't it?"

"I understand that," she laughed raising herself into a sitting position. "It doesn't look bad though, it's just unique." She purred calmingly as she began to groom the warrior gently.


Honeykit
"Mhmm, it's swofter dan Mama's," she mewed shyly, sitting down next to the warrior. "Why is yowr fur so swoft and fwuffy?

"Yes, it is unique. maybe only my kin got it? I dunno." He then chuckled, resting his fluffy tail down next to honeykit to play with. "Yes, my fur is very soft. maybe starclan blessed me with it, hm?"

"Well it definitely is a blessing. If you were to ever get attacked all of this fur would protect you from recieving the full damage," she mewed pausing for a moment to look down at her tiny kit. "Now Honeykit, don't bother Echowhisker to much and don't be too rough on his tail." She laughed kindly, looking between both of them.


Honeykit
"StarClan bwessed you," she repeated, happy with that answer. The honey eyed kitten looked over at her mother and nodded, before beginning to play with the tom's tail.

The tom laughed heartily. "Nah, it's fine. With all this fluff, I could choke from it!" he joked around, flicking his tail tip slightly, to grab honeykit's interest.

Applestorm looked at Comfreypaw. "How about you go find Eagletalon?" He suggested with a smile, bending down to murmur the words in the apprentice's ear.


Fawnpaw sat down, her permanently injured leg forcing her to sit in an awkward position. "I'm used to stiffness," she mewed, scanning the stock. "Every morning when I wake up this leg is as stiff as a stick." The medicine cat apprentice joked with a laugh.


Timberpaw nodded. "Yes Ivyfrost!" She whispered before looking in the den. "Who was it again?" She asked, flattening her ears as she looked at her mentor, forgetting who Applestorm had wanted on the patrol.

Echopaw shrugged,"Beats me, Snowpaw rarely runs off unless Dewpaw left first. He's more of a follower then a leader!" She laughed at her brother, the snowy cat was never one to break out of his shell for any reason.

Larkfeather flicked his ear at Fawnpaw's joke, the medicine wasn't a big joker. He turned away to walk over to the herb storage, to see if they had anything to help the older Tom.

Fawnpaw pulled out a plant and looked at Larkfeather. "We can use tansy can't we, Larkfeather?" She asked. She was pretty sure, but just wanted to double check. The fæ was pretty sure it was used for aching joints, but she could be wrong.
