Sorrelstar's whiskers twitched, as she awoke from the relaxing and stress-relieving sleep. She yawned, stretching. Reluctantly, she padded out of her den, to see the rising of the sun over the horizon. Another new day for starting again. She yawned, waiting for the rest of the clan to awaken.

Ravenkit curled up into a tighter ball, his ears flicking. He attempted to fall asleep once more, since he'd awaken himself by some dreams. Nothing special, he guessed. He heavily closed his eyes, falling asleep again lie there was no tomorrow. His tail curled over his nose, he wished that today hadn't begun yet, so he could sleep some more.

The tom had been up early that day, mainly because he couldn't sleep that night. With a yawn, the tom spread his body across the dirt covered ground while stretching. Falconheart glanced over to the side to see Sorrelstar exiting her den. Quickly getting up, the tom dipped his head in respect. "Hello Sorrelstar." He greeted with a warm smile.

Well, right now I'm a kit loner, I guess you could call me..

Well, I don't know how to describe me..but, I'm so young, I can be a lot things. Well, for one I'm very shy, and scared. I don't trust many cats anymore, since my mother just died due to other cats, and my father is gone too. I can be bubbly she-cat, and of course a nosy kit. I get in to about anything, and love to play in the sand. I have a bad side, but many don't see that, since I keep up my 'walls'. I tend to be playful with whom I trust, and sour with them I don't. Overall, I'm just a kit, in need of a mother.

What I like, well let's see. There's sand, caves, the moon. Yeah, the moon, I have no idea why...Um, I don't have much, I mean I haven't been around for a while, and I don't see alot..so..

Since I'm still quite young, I don't have much of a history. When we were in our camp, that is when the rogues attacked, killing all of us, but me. I ran,ran, and ran, til' I thought I was safe, and I've been staving for rich milk, and can't forget that night of the attack.

Sparkkit jumped on a fallen leaf, landing with a small huff. Hearing a small chirp, her back arched, and she growled. She was still very scared, watching her parents die in front of her. Rogues. They are to blame. She giggled as her belly made a weird sound, and looked at her surroundings.

How long has it been since I had come a crossed another feline? How long as it been since I left my place of birth? I wondered these things as I moved threw the rather silent forest, slithering in and out of the brush. It has seems to be a while since the last time I have seen any cat, but I guess that is what happens when you travel alone. As I started to step forward a suddenly strong and overwhelming scent washed over me. Pulling my paw back I placed it down out side of the unseen boarder. My jaws parted every so slight as I took in the scent of a clan. Standing there for a moment more, a soft sigh escaped my lips. Well I guess I will see some cats soon. Turning around I moved off away from the border knowing better than to cross over it. Loners and rouges were never really liked among clan cats.

The shuffling sounds of cats moving with in their sleeps seemed to wake me. It seemed no matter how long I tried no matter what I did I could just not fall back asleep after this morning's Dawn Patrol. After a little while, I just gave up on it and laid there, watching cats move in their sleep, some seemed to be running. Getting bored with this I stood up and quickly let my tongue roll over my frame, taking off the small pieces of moss that stuck to me and flattening any fur that had decided to stand up on it's ends. After I became satisfide with myself I moved carefully threw the den of warrior to the entrance and crawled out. Looking around at the rather silent and unmoving camp I notice two figured up and about this morning. SorrelStar and FalconHeart were greeting each other. I stood there for a second more before moving off out of the way so other could exit if there are any others awake at this time. Looking around I wondered what I should do today, as a yawn escaped my jaws.

I was already up, and already probably breaking one of the warrior codes, but in truth I did not care. So what was I doing that wrong and maybe bad to do. Well I was out here alone. A young apprentice wondering out in the forest, early in the morning, with out a single cat knowing were I was. But hey this is me. I looked around at the wide open forest, smiling as my two different colored eyes took everything in. I wanted to make my mentor SorrelStar proud of me by bringing in a lot of prey, but so far I have gotten nothing.

When the first cat woke, when FalconHeart woke earlier, I also woke up. The paw steps each cat took out there, I could hear perfectly, almost feel them really. And so for a while now I have been awake, listening to them step, and listening as SorrelStar and SilverStone also left their dens. After a little bit I too stood up and started to walk. I was careful to the sound of the other in the den with me. Listening to their breathing so I knew were they where. After all I could not turn and look at them. Why well my world was black, I was blind. Walking out of the den I felt the sun upon my pelt and a soft smile crossed my lips as I walked out of the way for the entrance. Sitting down I wondered if SorrelStar would grant me my Apprentice name today or would she hold off some more. I knew she was worried about me because I was blind, but I could do it. I can become a warrior.
