lux took a step back, gritting his pearly teeth to keep himself from lunging at the mare for her audacity to be so disrespectful. he thought though, she didn't know who she was talking to, so she's wasn't deserving of punishment. lux scolded himself for the merciful nature that lost him many battles.
well...maybe I'm special! he retorted, using the casual comeback he'd seen many foals use in light herd. i don't belong, I'm different... lux could feel himself playfully hinting at something, but he knew when it came down he wouldn't reveal anything. but where had light herd gone? true, they were governed by a leader of their own, but should they not inform him? ahh, it's fine...
lux's ears twitched as he heard the leader of this herd moving, perhaps the stallion wouldn't take kindly to another bachelor with his mares. lux straightened up and gave Adessa a cocky nip before trotting over to Eclipse.

The mare pinned her ears and swung to nip at him, but he was gone. She snorted and cocked a hoof, bending to graze.

The stallion was bored. He rose from were he laid and shook the grass off his coat. He struck the ground. What could he do to learn from these horses. There! Some white berries littered the ground. He rolled in them until his coat was stained a deep gray. He trotted out of the forest and saw Luxs precious light herd. [i]Time to find out what they're planning,[\i] he thought as he stiffly trotted over! trying to make his movements less shadowy and shocking. He trotted up to a mare grazing on the fringes of the herd.

"Hello young mare." He spoke gently, his voice different from its normal harsh tones. (He's talking to Ramiah)
