"I'm Ashley," Ashley said. She smiled. "What's your name?" Ashley looked at the JBD again. "You're so purple! Like me!" She bounced again. She finally settled down.
"Sorry if I kinda creeped you out. I do that sometimes." Ash giggled softly. "I'm glad to meet you!" She studied his blank expression. "You alright?"

Personality :
Radiance, as her name implies, is a bubbly and happy dragon to her friends, yet can be exceedingly quiet and reserved among others that she does not know. She finds solace in family and friends and finds it awkward to try to strike up conversations with even acquaintances, perhaps because she can come off as a bit too overenthusiastic to some.
Radiance has her quiet and sad days, but these are few and far between. When she is quiet, it usually means that she is pondering about the universe, or it can be because she is not around others that she knows well. She will extend a polite "Hello" to everyone she meets, and a smile, because she believes that this can brighten their day, but won't go any further than this unless conversation is attempted to be made.
Dragons who know her describe her as spunky and optimistic, always believing the best in things. This can lead her to be rather naive about some matters, which can be frustrating to some- she is intelligent, but is not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to street smarts.
Radiance has somewhat of an overactive imagination. She has tried to fly (unsuccessfully) more than once and often weaves up elaborate paracosms that make no sense to others.
Oh, and let's not get started on the pranks...

History :

The mother dragon waved her tail, beckoning to her hatchling as it tumbled cumbersomely over its own tail. She wanted to show her baby a special place that only she knew about...this secret had been passed down her family line from generation to generation. Making a queer whuff to urge it to trot faster, she paused at the crest of the hill, outlined by the sun. Yelping in response, the hatchling hurried- or rather, waddled- further up the hill as fast as its short, stout little legs could carry it, a rather comical appearance.
Panting, the hatchling finally reached the top of the hill, where the warming rays of the sun seemed to light up her white markings. Her mother watched in silent awe as the hatchling glowed in the sunlight, shining like a star for those few seconds.
Those few seconds before the hatchling tumbled tail over floppy ears down the hill.
Grumbling in good-nature, the mother carefully caught the hatchling with her sturdy tail and lifted her up once again to the sunlight.
Radiance.
Her first thought.
Her name.
As the hatchling marveled at the sudden light, the sound of footsteps reached her ears, and she peered down inquisitively. Standing below her was a shy little pup, which couldn't have been more than a few weeks old. It wagged its tail playfully, and the hatchling did the same, prompting her mother to return her to the ground.
Shyly the two approached each other, and then the hatchling tripped once again, the force of her motion hurling her straight into the pup, and, squealing partially from fear and partially from delight, the two rolled in a ball down the hill, narrowly avoiding a tree before coming to an impressive crash in a blackberry bush.
Chuckling softly to herself, the mother dragon watched as the two quickly resumed play, as if nothing had happened.
Radiance.
It was a good name for her.

Citrus growled but got off of the JBD, eyeing her suspiciously. "Who are you, stranger?" She said.

Demeter got up carefully, keeping an eye on the agressive one as she was at her. "My name's Demeter. I mean you no harm, despite what you think." She said the last sentance with a snarl.

Ixchel watched the new JBD warily. She seemed aggressive, and decided to befriend her.

Blu-fli ran headfirst into one of the walls and went flying backwards, out of the bouncy castle, and tumbling into the fair. She skidded to a halt, her aqua, green, purple and white fur was covered in mud, and you might easily mistake her for a big brown cow with odd greeny white patches.

History :
I looked around the corner, and laughed, a bird was pecking at some bread-crumbs. It was funny, everything has some sort of comedic value, now doesn’t it. The corner, unfortunately, led to a dead end. I turned back, and left, in another back-alley. Alley hide-and-seek is always fun. Thought it is difficult for me, because I cannot blend into the shadows, and my bells are always jingling. It was only yesterday when I finally found a solution: tie it to my horn/ tail, and muffle it with a towel. It was in a game of alley hide-and0seek that I found my bells, ah, good times…… I stepped on something sharp, and looked down. It drew a little blood, but that’s ok. I licked my paw, and the bleeding stopped. I took a closer look at the object, it was half buried in the ground. I picked it up. It was an arrow.
“Hmmm, how did this end up here?” Another whizzed past my head. I had heard the rumors of humans turning on JBDs… but was it true? Well, they’re shooting arrows at me sooo, I turned and ran. I don’t know where my companion is, but she’ll be fine, I made my way out of the alley, and crept along the street. Dirty looks were aimed at me, I headed out of the city…

Amaranth is a very loyal girl. She'll always be the one who's there that you can count on no matter what the situation is. She will keep a secret and actually keep it under lock and key, never telling a soul. If you ask her to do something and she promises to do it then by golly she'll do it! She's anyone's best friend, someone reliable that you can most certianly count on. Amaranth never lies, she's a laid-back kind of person who doesn't need to because she's got nothing to hide. Because she is the color purple you can see that she is calm and collected rather than fun and hyper like some of her friends with their bright reds and orangey glows.
Really all she wants to do is hang out with people, not have to deal with the struggles of what she's viewed at by society because she honestly couldn't care less. Of course everyone thinks about it sometimes, there's no escaping that. It's not like she's never been obsessed over it, of course. She has been but has found a way to block it out most of the time. What she is viewed as? Well she's natrually a shy person and not a leader, but that's what makes her fun to be around because she'll just jump into a conversation instead of leading it all back to herself, it's not very hard to forget that she's even there sometimes, but that doesn't mean she's an epically shy person who doesn't want to try new things or do any of the stuff that her friends want to do.
On top of all this she's also a very clean lady, and thinks that everything has a place and if it's not in that place she'll loose it. It seems like she has a minor case of OCD sometimes, if you really know her. She's afraid of loud noises and all together a very purpley gal.

" At a young age I lost my mother and sisters in a fire. They didn't die from the fire, they died from inhaling to much smoke, as they were trapped in their den. The only one who survived was my father, who was on a hunting trip, and me. I was out partying with friends at the time. I still blame myself for their death.

After losing my mother and sisters, things in my life got worse. My father was controlling and mean. He even murdered my girlfriend, Ciara, because he thought she wasn't good enough for me. I was so angry I slipped poisonous berries in my father's food. A few years past, and i slipped into a state of depression. When Kita, a new she-dragon that looked strangely like my lost fiancee, showed up, i began to court her. I don't think things are going to work out between us, but i'm back on my feet again. The rest is still up to me."
