Cedarshine cast a hard glance at Crabfur remaining silent beside her before nodding to Tatteredhawk. "Right, we'll be hunting along the forest then." she mewed gruffly, padding as softly as possible with her mouth slightly ajar, searching for any prey scents. She wasn't quite sure how to feel about her decision of not just hunting with Tatteredhawk; he was a skilled young warrior who had proven himself over and over. Crabfur- well, she had rarely even glanced his direction, so perhaps this was as good a time as any to get to know him. After all, she was a deputy now, and she needed to know each individual cat to be able to run things as smoothly as possible.

Snickering at the not so subtle change in the she-cat, he grinned. " I have a few things in mind, some might cause a bit of panic. But most involve dung. Fox dung, or hare dung, and maybe mixed dung. I have one that involves water and honey." So many options, and so little time. Looking ahead the tom continued," So what would you prefer?" Greylight lightly nudged the she-cat with a shoulder, a small playful gesture.
