"Here I am!" Redkit came bounding to her grandmother.

Redkit smiled. "Did you see what Darkwig did, Reddawn? Did you?"

Reddawn grinned, "I sure did, they all love you and miss you still Redkit" she mewed gently, licking her granddaughter's head softly.

"I wish they didn't miss me." She frowned. "I don't want them to be sad. But I sure miss them."

Reddawn smiled softly, "Well I am up here, now neither of us has to be alone" she meowed with a smile, though she knew Redkit had many relatives up here.
