➟No names from the original series of warriors,
Like Brambleclaw, Fireheart, Squirrelflight, etc.
You may have apprentice, kit, and leader names
With those prefixes and names with suffixes though
Guys, I say we ditch this rule for two reasons:
-For one, Spirit didn't exactly keep up with it. I kept this rule in several of my own roleplays, and I ALWAYS checked the wiki to make sure someone's name was clear before accepting them. Spirit obviously different check any names, and I remember at one point that there was even a Graystripe in the Clan that she accepted. It's a little bit late to start keeping up with the rule now, and it's very likely we have canon names in use. (For example, Spirit's own character Acorntail has a name used in the series.)
-The Warriors series is getting huge, and using A LOT of names. And, if you haven't read all of the books, you probably won't even be aware that you're using a canon name - so you'd be breaking the rule, and that wouldn't even be your fault.
ahh, I need to reevaluate who I am keeping as well. There are a few I can't just ditch...
>Brightstar - Clan leader, former mate to Russetwing
>Firesong - Spiritstar's daughter
>Russettip - Shadowstep's mate (I remember that Shadowstep was pregnant, did she ever have the kits?)
>Moonember - Shadowstep's son w/ Acorntail (I think it was Acorn?)
>Stagkit - Applewing and Honourflame's kit
>POSSIBLY Appleflame - Cheetahblaze's mate and mother of Fallkit and Pathkit
>IF I DO NOT KEEP APPLEFLAME Fallkit - Daughter of Appleflame and Cheetahblaze, sibling to Pathkit.
