Rowanheart glanced at his surroundings as he ran after her and the strong stench of Lakeclan crossed his nostrils and he began to panic a bit but relaxed once Splashleaf came to a halt. He chuckled softly, "You had me a bit worried for a minute." He chuckled as he gazed across at the border.

Stormpaw gulped softly, the leader AND the deputy would all be watching his assessment. He bowed his head respectfully to Swiftstar before following quickly after Sagestep. "I didn't know I'd have all four of you watching my assessment." He laughed softly, trying to hide his nervousness. Why don't you just invite my sister? Heck! Why not the whole clan while you're at it! The usually confident and calm to was panicking on the inside.

Sagestep smiled. "Neither did I. Aren't you excited?" she asked him, frowning. She remembered her warrior asessment, it seemed like moons ago. She had been both excited, yet nervous at the same time. Maybe that's how Stormpaw felt.

Splashleaf laughed. "Don't worry, I know when the territory ends." She reassured Rowanheart, flicking his nose with her feathery tail.

Sagestep dipped her head politely toward her leader. "Thank you, Swiftstar." she said and looked at Stormpaw happily. "Come on, follow me. Let's give our leader her privacy now." she meowed and started to walk away.

Skybounce smiled brightly, "That's great, Stormpaw's assessment will be exciting!" He purred and flicked his tail.

Skybounce glanced over at Swiftstar and meowed. "No not quite yet." He neatly wrapped his tail around his paws and slightly smiled.

Rowanheart purred as he gently batted at her fluffy tail with a warm smile, "I know, I just don't want to risk the Lakeclan patrols getting the wrong idea." He said with a frown across the border. He reared back on his legs and scorched his claws deeply into one of the tree border markers to refresh it's scent.

Stormpaw nodded with a smile, trying to keep up a brave front, "I can't wait to finally be a warrior." He said confidently. And make my parents, and Mousewhisker...and you proud. He thought silently.

Splashleaf watched Rowanheart go to the tree, and got an idea, seeing a low-hanging branch. She crouched down, then sprinted at him, knocking him to the ground, but using him as a sort of springboard to launch herself into the tree. She made it safely to the branch. "That was fun!" she giggled.

Rowanheart let out a yelp of shock as he crumbled to the ground under the pressure of the she-cat's spring. Pushing himself up he reared his head back to look at her with a gasp, "Why you sneaky lil mouse!" He growled playfully before bunching up his muscles and springing up after her, gently knocking her down from her branch and twisting so she'd land on him to cushion her fall, even if it did knock the wind out of him.

Splashleaf was surprised by the attack, and she fell, landing on him. She started laughing and couldn't stop, barely able to get up to let him breathe.
