Skycall hissed and spat, but she was overtaken by the two strong Featherclan warriors. Her leg ached too bad to go after Rowanbranch, and Oakstream had just finished attacking her, but had been yelling at her for something. She didn't even attempt to fight back, just laid down and closed her eyes. She didn't care that she was in the middle of a battle---two cats were after her, and she couldn't fight them. What kind of deputy are you?! She mentally yelled at herself. By the time Foxstar had arrived, Skycall was ready to die.

Crowfur kicked out at the tom fiercely, shoving him off of his stomach. His neck stung something terrible. Perhaps I broke a rib or two, he muttered hopefully. As the tom began to recover, Crowfur scanned his surroundings quickly. Everything seemed to be in order; Dawnstar and Foxstar were circling each other with dangerous expressions in their eyes, as to be expected. He couldn't see Skycall, but he knew that her abilities shouldn't be underestimated. There was a reason she was Deputy, and it wasn't just for her good looks. Something black in the corner of his eye made him turn around - it was an Apprentice with a mottled black coat ... heading straight towards Blossompaw, who was curled up in a corner.

Crowfur sighed and abandoned his battle, leaping on to the Apprentice - Nightpaw, was it? - and crushing him to the floor with his weight. He stepped off of him, staring directly into his eyes and leaning in close to the Apprentice's left ear. "Real Warriors don't go picking off the Medicine Cats," he whispered. He straightened up with a sweet, sweet grin before swiping his paw across the Apprentice's face.

Featherflight

Featherflight scrambled anxiously as Rowanbrach attempted to flip her. She had to admit, the young warrior was quite strong and Featherflight hadn't had a fair fight in a while. The wind was knocked out of her as Rowanbranch succeeded in flipping her onto her back and exposing her belly.

Lioncall

Lioncall laughed, "So do I." He stared at her up in the tree, "Pursuing the career of a squirrel?" Lioncall teased from below.

Harespring

Harespring lowered his stance, raising his hackles and lashing his tail, "Hard way sounds more fun."



{ Can anyone have at least one of their cats die? It would make things more interesting as well I've already asked about Dawnstar losing a life but that is out of the question. }

Rainclaw and Swiftsong both clawed simultaneously at a large opponnot their hearts pounding and adrenaline pulsing through them. Both dodged, sending their strong muscles rippling beneath their blood splattered pelts. Rainclaw delivered a hard blow and both dived back into battle, taking on more cats. (Both NPC)

"Nope" meowed Leopardfur as she sat on the enge of a weak branch, his weight would cause the branch to crack and fall, but her long back legs would give her an escape.

Oakstream clawed Skycall on the stomach side. She wasn't dead yet so he let her be. "I'll let you live you Plant-eater." he spat in her face. He ran to help Leopardfur. "What shall I do to help?" he asked

Lioncall turned away, "I'm not a squirrel, and I'm not gonna climb trees with you." He shook his head, taking off to the other side of the clearing where he spotted Harespring, who obviously needed help fighting Sabre.
