The bird suddenly flew off, Up Into a tree. It squaked. Then flew down again. It looked out of breath and frightened. It shivered, before soon being back to normal. "Hunters. They shoot./ Bang!" Fido did an impression of it, detailed and accurate to the actual sound. "They turned other way"

Fallen watched it fly into the tree and back again. She shivered at the sound it made, the bang sounding almost exactly like a true shot. "Are the hunters here, Fido?" she asked, not exactly sure what it meant with what it said. She glanced nervously from side to side, nervous if there was actually hunters there. They turned other way... Did that mean Fido knew the hunters had gone another way?

[Not me nope]

"They where there.." He spoke, looking up with his glistening grey eyes. "But they went to the fields. wait a sec" Fido flew off. He came back panting blood on his wing. "Dont worry, Not my blood" He spoke. It was anouther of your kind I fink" he spoke, going crossed eyed. "It was blue though with one wing. Not sure. might be dead. dunno" He looked up at fallens face.

Kai ran. He had heard hunters. But He was too slow. they had shot him, then they ran off. Kai was unconcoius, but still alive. He was in pain, his side burning mad.

Fallen looked at Fido and waited until it came back. She listened to the discription and her eyes widened. "That's my son!" she hissed and dived towards the den. "Soundless! Kai have been shot!" she hissed and turned, dashing through the forests, sniffing the air to pick up Kai's scent. She soon saw him and her heart stopped for a moment. "Kai!" she screeched and ran to his side, panicked and shocked at the sight of her son being shot. "Oh, Kai...." she whispered and began licking his wounds carefully. "Are you alright...?" she whispered, her eyes filled with horror.

Fido stayed with soundless as he woke up, Making sure he was ok. Soundless got up, not careing why the bird was here or his pains, he sprinted, limping now and again untill he reached Malicai and Fallen. He ran up to them, falling by his son, his stomach churning and tossing. "Please dont say." He went silent as the bird came and sat on his nose. The bird looked into Kais eyes. "he alive." It said, flying off into the trees.

Kai murmed. "Mum? Dad?" Kai's eye was twitching, slowly coming open. "My side" He caughed, rolling over so his left side was visable. "It went in" Soundless looked, shock and horror making his pains worse.

Fallen gasped and looked at Soundless, her eyes full of tears. "How cruel can the hunters be?" she whispered looking at Kai's wound. She gritted her teeth and tears streamed from her face. She felt broken and torn into pieces. Her son was laying there, injured and might die. Sudden fury hit her and she rose to her paws. Her eyes glowing fiercly. "They're not going to get my son... Not without punishment!" she yelled, letting out a long, weird screech of fury. She took flight and was gone within seconds, flying through the forest until she could see the hunter. His gun was carried in his hand, and two others was a few metres in fron of him. She screeched angrily and flew straight towards him. He turned around quickly and lifted his gun, shooting wildly. A few shots hit Fallen, the worst pain coming when it his her shoulder, close to her neck and throat. She continued flying until she hit the hunter, making him fall back. She hissed angrily and bit down into it's neck, only to realize his friends was coming too. She snarled, the blood dripping from her jaws as she waited for the right moment to attack. She got the down, one by one. The poison in her fangs helping her to kill them. A sudden choking feeling made her fall over at the ground, gasping for air. She pulled herself over and limped her way back to Kai and Soundless. She collapsed as she came there, her eyes turning normal once again. "I hate those filthy creatures..." her voice was rough and it sounded like it was painful to talk, her eyes glazed as she watched her mate and son.

The kai fainted. He hated seeing his mum in pain. He hated seeing his dad in pain. he fainted. Not wanting to wake up untill they where all better. Soundless also fainted with a headache, unable nto lift hi head up. He wqhispered "I hate hate hate them. Im lucky my mum gave me this. she was right..."He sighed, unable too move.

The bird sat there. and waited. he didnt want to leave them, In case. He yawned, and chirped. He sat. and sat. and sat. everything was silent. where they dead?? no they couldnt be. then anouther gun shot, and anouther, then a bark. The gun shots headed the other way,. But the barking came closer. "Hurry up bongu!" shouted the man over the other side. Fido flew high, dodging shots as he squaked and squaked. a flock of birds flew out opf the forest, diving upong the dog, drowning the dog in pain of scratching and squaking. Half the birds flew off and the other half stayed, helping Fido to drag the dog back to the owner. The birds flew offr, all of them much larger than fido. One bird stayed, shook his head from side to side and spoke "Fido, How could you talkk to them?.." He flapped off, back into a tree.

Fallen heard the dog barks but couldn't be bothered to lift her head to see them. She sighed and looked at Soundless and Kai. They had both fainted off, and she felt lonely. Only Fido and some other birds was there. She was tired and her head was spinning, but she had no clue why. She laid her head on the ground, only to feel something wet and sticky on the side of her throat. She lifted her head again and put a paw to the side of her throat, gasping as she felt a bullet stuck in her throat fur. The worst thing was that she couldn't get it out either, since she couldn't see it. Her breath was short and she seemed to struggle with breathing properly. She laid her head on the ground again, trying to ignore the rising pain at her side.

Fido sat. now alone. He saw Fallens aching pain and wandered over into her direction, Soon noticing the bullet. Fido pulled it out, but suddenly blood came pouring out. He pushed it down with his whole body blocking the blood from coming out. This is what he had been taught to do anyway. Soon after, It had stopped bleeding, but poor fido was covered in blood. He tried to fly, but couldnt, It was weighing him down. So He walked, He found some large leaves, the biggist he could find where doc leaves. He placed it on her side, tieing it round with some stinging nettle string. He stood back proud of what he had done. he went to the other side of fallen to talk to her, noticing she was still slightly awake.

Fallen choke as the blood came pouring out from her throat, gasping in pain. She breathed heavily and fast, even when the blood stream had stopped. The pains got greater as Fido tied the leaf up with a stinging nettle string, and she whimpered, gritting her teeth together to prevent herself from screming in pain. It was probably the worst pain she had ever felt, tearing and pulling at her body, until the world went completly black and she fainted off.
