Reedstar shook her head, facing the calico medicine cat. "You need to eat Lillypaw. The clan needs you. Minnowash, Dapplepaw, Cherrypaw. Go off to the graslands to hunt, I'll hunt in the woods around the bush. Firetooth please stay close by Lillypaw and protect her. Keep an eye out for foxes or other clan cats." The leader dipped her head, smiling sadly. "We meet back at nightfall." With that she was off, following the faint scent of Thraxx. How long had it been? The moons all blurred together lately, he probably didn't know of her new tital as leader, and only knew her by her old name Reedtail.

Spottedpaw laughed, jumping through the treetops. The wind whipped around her, stealing her voice as she carried along, heading out to the edges of the swamp, closer to the grasslands for the hunt over her favored fishing places.

May blinked, jumping up on her fence to look over to Tiger's yard. She settled on the flat wood, smiling softly at Romeo's confusion. Little did her twolegs know the tom they picked was all beauty, no brain. An arrogant stuffy Persian cat, well. This queen would have none of it.

Mistsong, you take Shadepool and Yarrowpaw for the sunhigh patrol, and I will lead the dusk patrol with Swampfoot and Applesky. Duststorm, you will lead a hunting patrol. Take Spottedpaw, Lavapool and Arrowpaw. Dovesplash, take Windfur and Shadowcast on another hunting patrol near or after sunhigh." Emberflight surveyed the cats. "Did I miss anyone?"
